NIP/TUCK ADDS BRADLEY COOPER TO ITS CAST

Bradley Cooper (you might remember him from Alias) will be joining NIP/TUCK for a five-episode arc in the upcoming fifth season. The only information about the character he will be playing is that he isn't a love interest for anyone.

RACHEL GRIFFITHS IN A NEW MINISERIES

Rachel Griffiths (Sarah Walker on Brothers & Sisters) will be starring in a six-hour miniseries called Comanche Moon, based on the novels of Larry McMurty.
In Comanche Moon, Rachel Griffiths will be playing Inez Scull, the wife of Captain-Texas Ranger Inish Scull.
Comanche Moon will premiere in November 2007 on CBS.
Comanche Moon bridges the McMurtry's novels, Dead Man's Walk and Lonesome Dove, and follows the adventures of Texas Rangers Augustus McCrae, played by Steven Zahn, and Woorow F. Call, played by Karl Urban, as they face the pressures of adulthood. Soon, they embark on a quest to pursue three outlaws, including the great Comanche war chief Buffalo Hump (Graham Greene), the celebrated Comanche horse thief Kicking Wolf (Jonathon Joss), and the deadly Mexican bandit and murderer Ahumado (Sal Lopez). Under the leadership of Inish Scull (Val Kilmer), the troops of Texas Rangers unite to capture the notorious bandits.

MINISODES ON MYSPACE
- MySpace has launched what they call The Minisode Network, a place where you can watch edited (all the trivial parts have been taken out) versions of episodes of old TV shows like Silver Spoons, Starsky & Hutch, Diff'rent Strokes, Who's The Boss, Sheena, and more.

EUREKA AND THE ENVIRONMENT
- When EUREKA returns on July 10th on Sci-Fi, it will include "a national contest that will award a home energy-efficiency makeover, sponsored by the Channel, the Alliance to Save Energy and the Edison Electric Institute (EEI)." (Source Starpulse)

FOX AND BRIGHTCOVE
- Fox Entertainment Group has signed with Brightcove (the Internet TV service) to be its online platform.
"Under the pact, the Fox broadcast net, FX and Speed have already started programming and hosting ad-supported Internet video channels with Brightcove technology."
