LOST - Comic Con 2007 Video
July 31, 2007
Here is the video that was shown during the LOST Panel at Comic Con. It is the Orchid Orientation film.
To be honest, I have never been really excited for the orientation films. I just don’t feel they explain that much. So here is one more to add to the number of questions we have about Lost. Oh and February seems so far.

Daemon’s TV Comic Con Surprise
July 31, 2007
So I told you guys that I would have a surprise for you. Well here it is.

As you know, another great thing about going to Comic Con apart from the panels, is the free Swag you get (I got my share of it as you can see on the picture above).
Most of the Swag are Comic Con Exclusive, so you wouldn’t be able to get it anywhere else, except on Daemon’s TV!
Because I love my readers, I decided to snatch extra Swag to give out to you guys who were not able to go to Comic Con this year.
I will be giving away Comic Con Swag during the next few months through different Contests. So keep an eye out for them.
The first one will be posted today or tomorrow and is related to a special guy named Kyle…

HEORES - Comic Con 2007 Panel
July 31, 2007
Here are some pictures I was able to take at the HEROES Comic Con 2007 Panel. I was lucky enough to have a seat in the fourth row on the right, so I was pretty close to the stage. I will have more info about the panel soon. For now enjoy some pictures from the Panel.
More Pictures after the jump. [Read more]

On Tonight, Tuesday 7/31: EUREKA, ON THE LOT, and more…
July 31, 2007

ON THE LOT - 8pm FOX
We are getting closer and closer to the end. Tonight another director will get eliminated and the remaining five will screen their short films. So far my favorites are still in the competition, let’s hope it stays that way.

EUREKA “Games People Play” - 9pm Sci-Fi
Oh yay! I just remembered Eureka is on, this is going to be a good day! I wish I had been able to go to the Comic Con panel for Eureka, oh well, next year…

CRISS ANGEL: MINDFREAK “Sucker #2″ - 10pm A&E
The coolest illusionist out there is back! Criss Angel will surprise us with more tricks tonight.

DAMAGES “Jesus, Mary and Joe Cocker” - 10pm FX
I haven’t had the chance to watch Damages yet (wow Comic Con took a lot of my time), so I am not really sure how I feel about it yet. I did like the preview though.

MIAMI INK “Nothing Lasts Forever” - 10pm TLC
Ami and his team are back tonight. Still working on their bar. I personally like the tattooing part of the show better. I really like hearing about people’s stories and why they are getting their tattoos. I hope we’ll get more of that tonight.

Interview: KAMERON BINK from “So You Think You Can Dance” Top 10
July 30, 2007

And here it is, the interview of mister Kameron Bink who was eliminated last Thursday on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE.
Kameron Bink has been trained in many different styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop and Contemporary. He categorizes his dance style as Hip/hop and Contemporary.
What could I say about Kameron except that he was fun to talk to. He was in a really good mood when I talked to him (which he attributed to Jaimie) even though he had been eliminated the night before. I felt very comfortable talking to him, and he was lots of fun and super nice. I wish we had seen more of his personality on the show, because I don’t feel this side of him came out as much. I had such a good vibe from him that after talking to him, I know that I’m going to miss him even more from the show.
Moving on to the interview:
Daemon’s TV: Hello Kameron. How are you?
Kameron Bink: I’m doing good, how are you?
D: I’m good. You know you guys are the happiest people to get eliminated that I interviewed.
K: Actually I’m feeding off her [Jaimie] energy, it’s so great. I woke up this morning and she really put me in a good mood.
D: How does it feel to dance a solo when you know it’s not going to change the outcome?
K: Well, I mean I was never put in that position before, so to me I was kind of surprised to be honest and I really didn’t come prepared. I mean it’s kind of selfish, but I really wasn’t prepared to do my solo at all, and then when I found out I was doing it, I was like “crap.” So it was definitely kind of nerve wracking, but it was fun though. I just went out there, enjoyed myself. It’s all you can do.
D: So did you come up with the routine as you were doing it?
K: No, no, I mean I had prepared the choreography but I never, I didn’t rehearse it that much during the day. I wasn’t warmed up at all. I just went out there and just wing it, winged it? wang it? I don’t know… (laughs) I wang it! (laughs) Sorry.
D: Is it because you made it to the top ten that you are so happy?
K: Honestly, we’re only going to be away from the show for like a week and a half and then we’re all gonna get really tired of each other for the next three or four months. Actually, you know what, I won’t get tired of Jaimie, but I’ll probably get tired of a lot of people.
D: What has this experience brought you?
K: The whole experience has brought me new confidence and happiness about where my career is going and I think it’s definitely gonna open up a lot of new opportunities. I’m really looking forward to finding out what those opportunities are and really just kind of pursuing whatever comes my way. Hopefully I still get to keep dancing because for the past two years I hadn’t really been dancing that much, so after dancing so much being on the show, I really don’t want to drop out now.
D: What are you hoping for the future?
K: As far as opportunities?
D: Yes.
K: I don’t know, whatever is there. I mean, I just want to keep dancing that’s the most important thing, and whether it’s auditioning and dancing for artists or teaching, as long as I’m out there doing something and as long as it’s dancing and doing whatever I have to do, I’ll be happy.

Interview: JAIMIE GOODWIN from “So You Think You Can Dance” Top 10
July 30, 2007

Finally, here it is, my interview with Jaimie Goodwin who was eliminated last Thursday on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE.
Jaimie Goodwin has been trained in many different styles such as jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary and more.
One of Jaimie’s aspirations is is to write a book about her mother’s struggle with cancer and publish it in order to help raise funds and awareness for breast cancer.
It was a real pleasure for me to speak with Jaimie, who is one of the most beautiful dancers on the show. I was really impressed by her uplifting attitude, even though she had just been eliminated. She was one of the nicest people I got the pleasure to talk to. Her cheerfulness even rubbed off on Kameron with whom I also talked. Finally, I would like to say that what most impressed me about Jaimie is that she really is exactly like what we saw on TV. There is no act, it’s all real, she really is that sweet.
Moving on to the interview:
Daemon’s TV: Hello Jaimie.
Jaimie Goodwin: Hello Sandie.
D: How are you?
J: I’m good. How are you?
D: I’m good. Thanks for speaking with us.
J: Oh, no problem.
D: How does it feel to dance a solo when you know it’s not going to change the outcome?
J: It’s not as stressful to be honest with you, because I think that when you’re dancing for your life, you look a little desperate, like I did the last couple of weeks. (laughs) But no, last night I felt like there’s nothing more you can do, so it was a little relaxed, a little free, a little more fun. So, I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it whether I was dancing for my life or not. I had a great time.
D: It looked like you did.
J: (Laughs) I hope so.
D: Do you have any regrets?
J: I don’t really have any regrets about the show. I went out there, I did my best with what I was given. There were my partners, that I absolutely love, both of them, Dominic and Hok. I really don’t regret anything, and I had a wonderful experience lasting until last night. It was a total dream just to be on the show. And it was my personal goal to be in the top 10 so I can go on the tour, because that’s really what inspired me to audition in the first place. I feel like I have accomplished everything I need.
D: How was it to dance with someone new for the first time? What did you do to get comfortable with each other?
J: Well, I think Dominic is a really easy person to be comfortable around (laughs) because he’s just so much fun and he’s just awesome, so I was already pretty comfortable with him. I was stoked when I found out he was my partner. And honestly what happened, what worked so well for him and Sabra was that they’re both really hard workers and they put a lot of research into it, and that’s exactly what I love about Dominic. We rehearsed all the time, we were rehearsing in the garage, we were rehearsing back stage, we were rehearsing all the time, just trying to find some comfortable place. We just tried to perform it as best as possible, and it was kind of funny I guess when we did. (laughs) It’s totally Dominic’s personality to be that character and I was just trying to keep up with him. I kept opening my mouth, so… (laughs) But no, we really went on YouTube and watched all the Viennese Waltz, and we watched Pasa Dobles and stuff because it was more of a Pasa Dobles feel. I don’t know, it was cool working with him.

On Tonight, Monday 7/30: MY BOYS, KYLE XY, and more…
July 30, 2007

KYLE XY “What’s The Frequency, Kyle?” - 8pm ABC Family
What a better way to start the week again than with another episode of Kyle XY, and after seeing Matt Dallas at Comic Con, it’s even more exciting, but more on that later.

HEARTLAND “A Beautiful Day” - 8pm TNT
I don’t have much to say about Hearland, I’m almost thinking of giving it up but since it’s almost the end of summer, maybe I’ll stick it through. We’ll see how I feel next week…

GREEK “Picking Teams” - 9pm ABC Family
Another Greek episode tonight, is another reason to be excited it’s Monday. How funny is this show? I love it.

HELL’S KITCHEN - 9pm FOX
Someone else is going to be voted off tonight, as we get closer and closer to finding out who will survive Chef Ramsay.

THE CLOSER “Four To Eight” - 9pm TNT
Another great episode of The Closer tonight. Kyra Sedgwick amazes me every week more and more.

SAVING GRACE “Bring It On, Earl” - 10pm TNT
So I haven’t watched the pilot for Saving Grace yet, and can’t really say anything about it yet.

MY BOYS “The Promise Of A New Season” & “Off Day” - 10pm & 10:30pm TBS
My Boys is back! I didn’t use to like the show, but I started watching it with my friend and now I have to say I rather enjoy it. Not many shows make me laugh, but this one does. Cannot wait to see what season two has in store for us.
