Is Brad Renfro dead?

I know this isn’t really TV related but I just found out that actor Brad Renfro, 25, was found dead in his Los Angeles home this morning. TMZ just broke the news, but so far the cause of death has not been determined, however it is not a secret that Brad Renfro had a history of drug abuse. According to them, Brad Renfro had been filming a movie with Winona Ryder and Billy Bob Thornton, called “The Informers.”
Why am I writing about this? Because I was a huge fan of Brad Renfro growing up. I used to watch all his movies and until today still had a soft spot for him. He will always be Huck Finn from “Tom and Huck” for me. I am really shocked and saddened by this news. My thoughts go out to his friends and family.
