Britney Spears is back in the spotlight again in this episode of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. Aside from the obvious ploy for ratings, I really wonder what the minds behind How I Met Your Mother were thinking here with this casting. Yes, you will prop up your numbers and you will get a lot of press. But you will also lose the respect of your most devoted fans who view this show as a shining example on how to do a successful sitcom. At least, you added Sarah Chalke who hopefully will save this episode. Could she be the "Mother"?
