I think it was a common problem because she definitely anticipated that there'd be more people (as did I, which is why it took me so long to ask a question) but I suspected the missing confirmation number would be an issue. If it makes you feel better, today I wasn't paying attention to directions during a teleconference and totally missed how to un-mute myself and, therefore, no one even realized I was on the line.
