TV Show: Family Guy which airs Sundays at 9pm on FOX.
Actor portraying him: Seth McFarlane
Why we like him: Stewie makes evil look funny in more ways than one. He is a baby always trying to kill his mother (which was the initial story line that made me want to watch the show) and also his sexual ambiguity is always hilarious. Need I say more? Stewie Griffin is by far the funniest "evil" character out there.
