AMERICAN IDOL "1 of 4 Voted Off"
Another one gets cut this week on AMERICAN IDOL, and as most people predicted, it was Jason Castro's time to say goodbye.
I can't say that I am sad to see him go, it was about time, and like I always say, someone's gotta leave.
At this point I am rooting for David Cook, but like I mentioned to one of my friends, it might be better for David Archuleta to win, because I think the winner's song might fit him better. I just can't see David Cook singing some cheesy, uninspiring song.
I think the only winner song that I actually enjoyed was Kelly Clarkson's, it was all downhill from there.
So I would settle with David Cook getting second place. I don't think he needs to win to have a great career, just look at Chris Daughtry.
Oh and by the way, we all agree that Syesha Mercado is going home next week, right?

Jason was the best of them all. You just didn't get him ... and either did the judges. I have all of his AI songs on a CD and he transports his listeners into another world with his soft, soulful voice. Unlike the other contestants who think that AI-type fame and fortune is the pinnacle of success, Jason listens to a different voice. And he will go much farther than anyone could possibly imagine. Long after those other AI performers are forgotten, Jason's legacy will live on. God bless you, gentle soul.
