Discuss TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES Season 2 Episode 3 "The Mousetrap" on FOX
So What Did You Think of TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES "The Mousetrap"?
I thought this episode was a definite step up from last week's "Automatic For The People" which wasn't that great.
I think the fact that they are not sending John to school anymore makes more sense although he still continues to act like a teenager. I guess you can't help the hormones.
Garret Dillahunt as Cromartie really brought his A-game. I think there is a such a human quality in how he portrays the Terminator. It's like he's sometimes more human than Cameron.
Shirley Manson as Catherine Weaver is confusing me. I mean I get that Terminators can project emotions but she really doesn't even show a hint of cybernetics. Plus what was up with her drinking water? Was she really drinking or pretending to drink?
What do you guys think? Is Shirley Manson really pulling off the T2 act?

I just watched this episode. I think Manson may be some new kind of robot but it does seem as if the writers put too many types in it. I would have liked it better if Cromartie died and if Charlie's wife survived but I guess you can never expect happy endings with this show. John is just so stupid. And shouldn't Sarah and the gang find somewhere else to stay? I mean hello, the Cromartie guy could still be alive (which he is) and could find them. And what is Charlie gonna do? Join their destroy skynet group?
I thought the same thing about the water. I was so confused because I thought terminators couldn't drink. So weird.
And also you forgot to mention that Sarah Connor is getting a little weak. I mean her son was in danger of getting caught by Cromartie, but she stops the car for Charlie's wife. Are you kidding me? Your son, who I might add will save the world one day, is in danger you don't stop.
If you're going to do a show called Terminator, it has to be bad ass otherwise don't bother and right now Terminator is just not there.
