I love McGee and Ziva saying they missed everyone ... even Tony. I enjoyed Gibbs subtle affection for his missing team. And they are not going to do a House and drag it out which is great and the director looks good - like he will be a strong addition. Just wish they had killed off the computer guy and not Jonathan LaPaglia.
