What Did You Think of SUPERNATURAL "Metamorphosis"?
To me, Supernatural continues its great fourth season, with another excellent episode.
After last week's cliffhanger, I was wondering if they were going to be able to satisfy us this week and they did. The whole episode dealt with Dean finding out what Sam had been up to, and that's exactly what I wanted to see. Plus the similarity between Sam and the "case of the week" was just perfect.
Can you believe that Dean hit Sam? Twice? Is that a preview of what is to come? Bring on the showdown I say!
And I just love how Dean had the ultimate argument as to why Sam is not doing a good thing with his power, "Why did an Angel tell me to stop you?" I mean there is just no comeback to that, is there?
Overall, I am once again loving this week's episode. So far I love where this season is going.
And one more thing, I don't know about you, but I'm not sure Sam is going to be able to keep the promise of not using his powers anymore. What do you think?

Another fantastic episode in an amazing season. The conflict between Sam and Dean is perfect - they are both in such different places from where they started and the anchors they've come to rely on - each other - are no longer there. It's heartbreaking yet fascinating to watch the breakdown of this relationship wondering exactly where these two will end up. Dean delat with his anger of betrayal just as I'd expect him to - he lashed out in anger. And Sam tried to convince him he was doing good, but seemed like he was trying to convince himself as well. And yes, when God doesn't want you doing this, what exactly can you say to that? I'm looking forward to more!!
I think Sam really wants to give up his powers, but I don't think the Demons are going to give up Sam that easily. Oh yes, there will be blood...
