TRUE BLOOD “Cold Ground” (Season 1 Episode 6) Goodbye Gran

All my hopes that Gran was not dead afterall were shattered tonight when I watched tonight’s new episode of TRUE BLOOD, “Cold Ground.”

Can this show get any better? Seriously, as far as series go I rarely enjoy episode after episode. There are usually one or two episodes that are just so-so, but not True Blood. After 6 episodes, I am blown away by every single one of them, including the latest.

Every single character in True Blood is so compelling. And yes, even Jason. Speaking of which, that guy is a lost cause. I have come to love watching him, but man there are no words to describe him.

On another note I just love Tara. We finally get to see more of her in recent episodes and that girl is a real friend. Lafayette is also up there as far as characters go.

But of course, what keeps me coming back is the relationship between Sookie and Bill. It’s like there is a force beyond our understanding that is pulling these two to each other, and I love that.

And of course, because this is True Blood, there had to be a cliffhanger, and I don’t know about you but OMG, is the words I would use to describe it. The writers know how to keep you at the edge of your seat. Once the season is done, I’m going to have to rewatch all the episodes back to back.

What about you guys, are you still loving True Blood? What do you make of Bill biting Sookie? Do you think he’s going to be able to stop himself in time?

Without words to describe this episode. Simply sensational!. Alan Ball + HBO is a guarantee of success. A broadcast that displays a scene where the mother hits her daughter with the Bible deserves all my respect, not only by no attention to the social impact of the scene, but the courage to involve elements of serious political and religious stamp allowing enough density the screens of their productions. The HBO is not afraid to dare, and that is what makes it the best producer of TV series, ever.

Got something to say?
