Episode Synopsis: "Out on the Roof" - Charlie’s acquaintance (played by the wonderful Wilson Cruz of My So-Called Life fame) is arrested, and Charlie arranges for Jerry to handle the case, which of course means revealing the secret that Charlie has been trying desperately to keep hidden.
