AMERICAN IDOL “Top 13 Finalists Compete” Review

The Top 13 performed tonight on AMERICAN IDOL Season 8 for the first time.

The theme tonight was Michael Jackson’s songs. Let’s find out how everybody did:

Lil Rounds

Song: “The Way You Make Me Feel”

Thoughts: I really don’t understand what the judges see in her. She is a good singer, but she is just boring to me. No “wow” factor.

Song: “Keep The Faith”

Thoughts: This is the first time I actually enjoyed Scott’s performance a lot. Didn’t know the song, but now I like it.

Song: “P.Y.T.”

Thoughts: I like Danny and I enjoyed this performance, the song is not my favorite so it was hard to get into it. He is still one of my favorites though.

Thoughts: He did better than I thought he would, but it still was just ok for me. I am waiting for that wow moment.

Thoughts: You know what, I kind of enjoyed that. First time I like her.

Thoughts: I really didn’t like his performance. But then again he was never one of my favorites to start with.

Thoughts: I don’t know why the judges didn’t like it, I actually enjoyed it. Maybe it’s because I really love that song.

Thoughts: I actually liked Megan better this week than before.

Thoughts: And my boy Adam brings it home! Best of the night! I just love him. It’s official he is my favorite on American Idol.

Thoughts: So glad Matt ended up making it through. Not my favorite, but he was amongst the best of the night.

Tomorrow night two people will go home (to make up for the top 13, that didn’t last long). Who do I think they are? I would put my money on Anoop Desai, as for the second one, it could be either Michael, Jasmine, Megan, or Jorge.
