Adam Lambert in Wicked (Los Angeles)
By now most of you know how much I love Adam Lambert currently on Season 8 of AMERICAN IDOL. And it's also no secret that he was in the Los Angeles production of Wicked, since he has mentioned it a few times. What I didn't realize is that I had actually gone to see Wicked in LA when he was part of it. Adam Lambert was an understudy so unfortunately on the night that I went to see Wicked, he didn't perform, but he was part of the ensemble. And how do I know this? Because I kept the Playbill. Yes I'm weird like that I like to keep the Playbills from the musical I go see.

Since he was an understudy, unfortunately, not as many people got to see him as Fiyero as I'm sure would want to. And now that LA's Wicked is closed and Adam has moved on to American Idol, it just.. won't happen.
I was lucky and found a recording, and he was just amazing.
Saw the show in July and I kept my Playbill also (I went to the stage door and got some of the cast to sign it). I was looking through it yesterday and saw Adam Lambert's picture, much to my surprise. I really want to see a picture of him in the ensemble.
I wish I could of seen Wicked with adam lambert. also like the song just for this moment. I wish they would have this broadway show with him on dvd to purchase. also ths song just for this moment on dvd and cd.
