ENTOURAGE “Fore” Review Season 6 Episode 5

Entourage Fore

ENTOURAGE (or as I like to call it, the most relaxing show on TV) just aired its newest episode “Fore” (Season 6 Episode 5) and here is my review.

In this Entourage episode, Vince and the gang go to a charity golf tournament where Vince and Drama pair up with Mark Wahlberg and Tom Brady and Eric meeting Sloan’s Godfather Murray who offers a job offer in his successful Management firm. All the while, Ari is playing with his client Jeffrey Tambor while trying to mend things with his wife who is still mad at him for hiding the affair from her.

The Vince-Drama storyline was funny but not really innovative. It was mostly Drama embarrassing himself and the rest of the crew making fun of him. Boy, he is a sore loser. Can’t play golf to save his life.

Ari’s storyline was more focused on him trying to juggle his wife and Jeffrey Tambor giving him grief for not being very truthful. I got say that I was with Ari on this one. You don’t rat out your boy no matter what.

Eric’ storyline was funny as usual in how awkward he dealt with the Job offer he got, the meddling for Sloan and the killer final line of the episode where he said the worst thing a guy can say to his girlfriend. To be honest, I don’t understand why he’s not just dumping that girl and going with Sloan.

Overall this was a pretty fun Entourage episode and next week will be interesting because Drama and Jamie Lynn are finally going to make out. There is going to be drama! (No pun intended)

What?! RE: ‘I don’t understand why he’s not just dumping that girl and going with Sloan’

Dude, Ashley is cute as hell, looks out for E’s best interest, and cooks. While I am thinking she might be a lil’ nutty under the surface with a jealous personality, she is a pretty good catch. Then again, i’m a sucker for her type.

Anyone think Drama will get with Turtles girl? He seems like he could give in to temptation.

    Anthony,

I agree that she is cute but I also think like you that she has a Glenn Close vibe going on. Maybe she is cooking a bunny as she is preparing a meal for Eric.

Drama will of course give in. The man has no respect for the bro code when it comes to Turtle.

yall got some fucked up standards or are waiting to be predators on dateline. ashley looks like she’s 12 and she has horse teeth. sloan is 1000000x more attractive and cool. ashley is desperate and weird.

so far this season has been a snoozefest. Who gives a shit about “E” and his love life? Where’s BILLY WALSH? The only guy who had any true personality and was an interesting character!!

That Ashley girl looks like she’s 12 and SOUNDS like it. UGH..SHE’S GROSS….I hate Sloan..though a nice body and ok face (looks like a bunny to me)her condenscening ways remind me of every annoying female in the world.

    bitter much? lol

Hope the show gets better because so far it’s been a season of everyone doing well. Drama with a hit show and getting laid , turtle dating a hot actress and going to Tom Brady’s for dinner (?!), Vince king of the world and E, the 5’5 so called “tough guy” having girls fight over him

    BRING BACK BILLY WALSH !!!!!!!
OR DEVELOP A SHOW ABOUT HIS CHARACTER !!

wow … I was searching the web to find which golf course they filmed at for this episode. My young son who doesn’t yet understand life watches the show and I watch it with him to de-program him afterwards. ( he wants to play the same course on our next trip out to Smell-LA ). After reading these comments posted here I have to say I can not believe how gay you all sound. Grown young men talking about who’s dating whom on a lame, make believe TV show. Your advertisers perfect little puppets. I would be willing to bet large that most of you use make-up or other female grooming products. This is a show disguised as a daytime soap-opera. Wait until the mandatory draft starts you’ll wish you had spent time reading and getting involved with political activism instead of fantasizing about some gay hollywood writers weekly scripts written in some low rent apartment in a cheap part of town.

And you just called LA, “Smell-LA”. You can go ahead and un-pause Sex and the City now, douche.

Sorry little punk but your youth is just a re-run of my life. Back in the 70′s all of us living in San Diego called it Smell-LA so did those living in Berkley, Ventura, Santa Barbara, etc. Your fashions, phrases, fads are all tired, uninspired reruns of what we lived and created. The very fact that your mind could only link the phrase to a woman’s TV show only proves my point and your stupidity. By the way you called me a ‘ shower ‘ ( douche means shower ) you Douche-Bag. Now tell me where this originally came from – “… congratulations your stupid in three languages .. ” and it wasn’t a movie. When my son takes over my company one day he will own people like you. I’m glad you made a fool of yourself here I can show this to my son as a lesson in how important it is to read instead of watching life through a TV.

And you Ed, sound like you’re hung up on youths today. Sad old man just wishing to be an adolescent again

Kid were all on a conveyer belt. Your feeble remark is how you already feel about yourself. Your scared of the future and already wish to be back in mommy’s arms.
So you suck on you beer bottle and watch your young adult ( cartoon ) HBO TV shows.

Although I pray you don’t breed, the day you have your first child is the day you instantly change everything for them – you guide and care for them with the experience and lessons you learned in adulthood as well as youth. And you re-live every happy & difficult moment with them as they grow up – because you love them unconditionally.
When was the last time your parents ( you know the two losers that got horny without any plans or real goals for the future or your well being ) bothered to take any real interest in you ?
Ask yourself honestly – when did they ever take the time to sit down and talk to you after a TV show that was a bit too old for you ? When did they ever say ‘ yes ‘ when after a show you asked them ” Dad can we go there too ” ? How much did they save for you to go to a REAL college ? I bet they had some excuse. Your a neglected child and that’s why you watch too much TV and shows like Entourage because it acts as a surrogate for a youth your definitely not living.
So stop pretending that this fantasy TV show is important to you- it’s pathetic. Your future will not turn out like the actors on Entourage. Your not Gen-X, your not Gen-Y, your Generation – F***CKED. But unlike you my young boy is being prepared and will also be well provided for. He already is and will be one of the owners.
So like I said before kid, your living a re-run of my youth. We had it made. Your born too late, the weakest of the litter. Tell me whose really wishing they could go back in time ? Your fashions say it all.

    Ok folks,

I think this has gone far enough. I am ok with banter but I am not OK with personal attacks.

I urge to demonstrate some restraint and let things go. One more comment like that and I will delete the entire thread.

Wow Ed Council. Huge attack on some kid who just wanted to discuss a television program.

First off, stop using “your” in the wrong context; “you’re” is the word you’re searching for. It’s quite appalling that some big shot business owner presumably old enough to be my father has all the linguistic subtleties of a furby. What is the nature of this company you often boast about your child inheriting? Some dry cleaning business?

Second, I question the vindictive attack on the aforementioned user judging his parental upbringing and childhood. “What the f***” may not be correct response, but its the first that comes to mind. My parents may not have the time of day to explain a tv show to me because they were busy making ends meet. They may not have been rich enough to send me to a “REAL” college, but they sure provided me with the drive and motivation to get myself a partial scholarship to BU.

This, I feel. Is the predominant goal of any parent.

Not the “I’ll buy you into any REAL college”, “you can take over my company”, “you can watch a “MA” rated tv show with nudity”, “Of course son, I’ll take you to this celebrity golf course”.

Attacking someone regarding their parents level of income is disgusting. So disgusting that if I were to hazard a guess, you’re not anywhere close to being the man you purport yourself to be.

Oh, and god forgive us for watching the 12 episodes (about 5 hours of programming) annually…I can feel my brain just wasting away.

    Grow up.

ED i really dont understand your problem I am involved in politics i’d debate you in any issue. Im a grown man who enjoys watching a show that provides entertainment obviously you watch it too. my brother is a aau national champion in golf and is currently playing golf for a top ten university in golf so I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU WOULD REFRAIN FROM THE ATTACKS FROM YOUR FIRST POST unless its actually you letting your son post for you and you had nothing to do with it. otherwise let him from now own because entourage is an actual show that is different and im sorry i wanna see the ins and out of the business. PLEASE RESPOND

Ok that is enough. This is getting ridiculous. Comments are closed for this post.
