MEDIUM "Deja Vu All Over Again" Review (Season 6 Episode 1)

MEDIUM returns for its season 6 tonight, September 25 at 9pm on its new network CBS.
In the first episode, "Deja Vu All Over Again" Allison and her family have to deal with the outcome of her brain surgery which has left her right side paralyzed and an inability to have her usual dreams.
It's a really good episode, right in line with what we have come to expect from Medium.
The main case follows a local television owner, whose wife and sportscaster is being stalked. He asks Devalos and Scanlon for help, but not everything is as it seems, as we have come to learn over the years. Of course Allison gets involved but has to rely on a new "ability" to help her get through the case. I felt it was kind of like "Lost" in the sense that it gaves us a glimpse of a new "Allison".
We don't see the girls too much in this episode, but we do see Joe. At the moment he is jobless and trying to come up with a new invention with the pressure of bills piling up. But he is still as likeable as ever. Allison and Joe are definitely one of my favorite couples on TV and I am happy to say that they continue to be in this episode.
I wasn't really sure what to expect with the whole network change, but I am happy to say that the season is off to a great start and Medium is back the way we love it.
So make sure you tune in tonight at 9pm on CBS for the new season of Medium.
