On TV Tonight, Tuesday 11/13: HOUSE, REAPER, and more…

CAVEMEN “Rock Vote” - 8pm ABC
Sadly I don’t have much to say about Cavemen except that I really enjoyed last week’s storyline: Andy’s road rage, but then finding out he is a total coward when it really comes down to it. Hilarious! That was my favorite story of the season so far.

NCIS “Designated Target” - 8pm CBS
I have to say that I was really impressed by last week’s episode of NCIS and now I am sort of curious to watch another episode. In addition, after reading Eric’s post “NCIS Love Affair” I want to see more of Tony and Ziva. You can also view pictures from tonight’s episode of NCIS here.

CARPOOLERS “The Code” - 8:30pm ABC
Rebecca Romijn appearance as Joannifer, Laird’s on again and off again girlfriend, in last week’s episode of Carpoolers was pretty hilarious. First of all what type of a name is Joannifer, sounds so evil, like the character. I love it. Second, I love it how they end up having a separation ceremony. And third, it was just fun to see Rebecca Romijn in a different TV show than Ugly Betty.

REAPER “The Cop” - 9pm CW
Ah Reaper! The more I watch it, the more I like Sock and Ben, and even the Devil better than Sam sometimes. He can be such a girl. That’s not appealing at all. But you can always count on Sock and Ben to be awesome! Love these guys!

HOUSE “Ugly” - 9pm FOX
Some people like House without Foreman, Chase and Cameron better, I don’t really. I wish at least Chase and Cameron would get more on-screen time and work their magic once more. That is not to say that I don’t enjoy the newcomers, but if they could mix it up, that would be great.

MIAMI INK “Ami’s Anger” - 10pm TLC
I am ashamed to say that I totally missed last week’s episode of Miami Ink (forgot to set it up on my DVR) but I remembered to do it this week, so I should be back on schedule next week.

On TV Tonight, Tuesday 11/6: NCIS, HOUSE, and more…

CAVEMEN “The Shaver” - 8pm ABC
The Cavemen! To be honest this is not one of my favorites comedy TV show, but it’s fun enough for me to tune in each week. Plus it’s only 30 minutes so why not watch it and have a relaxing time?!

NCIS “Requiem” - 8pm CBS
Don’t forget to watch this episode of NCIS tonight, we were able to get an early screener of the episode and let me tell you, it’s one of the best episodes I have seen from NCIS. CARPOOLERS “A Divorce To Remember” - 8:30pm ABC
I am really enjoying Carpoolers so far, as I mention every week. It’s another 30 minutes comedy that relaxes me. I like it better than Cavemen and I can’t get enough of these carpool scenes. It’s a nice 30 minutes break from reality.

REAPER “Love, Bullets, and Blacktop” - 9pm CW
Sam and Sock and Ben are back on a new adventure. You know the funny thing is that I usually really enjoy the love stories in TV shows in addition to the other stories going on, but in the case of Reaper, I find myself enjoying the assignments better than the whole Sam and Andi storyline. To me, they either need to drop it or move it along, seriously.

HOUSE “Whatever It Takes” - 9pm FOX
Now that the whole team is back (sort of) I wonder in what direction House is going to move along. I still wish we saw more of Foreman, Chase and Cameron.

MIAMI INK “No Regrets” - 10pm TLC
Miami Ink is back! LA Ink had its finale last week and it’s up to the guys on the East coast to take over. I have to say that after watching LA Ink, I like the tattoos from LA Ink better than the ones from Miami Ink. If I had to get a tattoo, I would want Hannah to do the tattoo.

On Tonight, Tuesday 10/16: REAPER, DAMAGES, and more…

CAVEMEN “The Cavewoman” - 8pm ABC
So far I am not in love with Cavemen, it has funny moments but it needs to pick up in order for me to keep watching. I’ll give it a few more weeks, but I’m just not that excited about it.

FIVE DAYS “Part 3″ - 8pm HBO
Day 28 already! I’m only on Day 1. It’s an interesting show but I need to really concentrate when I watch it because it’s a pretty serious. That’s why I tend to hold off until the week-end to watch it. It’s a nice break from the other types of TV shows I watch though.

CARPOOLERS “Who Would You Do?” - 8:30pm ABC
I am liking Carpoolers so far. It’s pretty fun and I really enjoy all the car scenes with them singing together and stuff. Carpoolers is here to stay on my TV schedule for now.

REAPER “Magic” - 9pm CW
Reaper is the TV show I am most excited to watch on Tuesdays. I just love the Sam, Sock, and Ben trio, no one can stop demons like these guys can.

DAMAGES - 10pm FX
I am sort of behind on Damages, I haven’t been watching the last few episodes but I still like it. Actually, Ramblings of a TV Whore has an interview with Tate Donovan who plays Tom Shayes.

LA INK “Holly’s Here” - 10pm TLC
More of Kat and her tattoo artists friends tonight. I never really know what to write about LA Ink, except that I like it and would recommend it if you want to watch a relaxing TV show and like the art of tattoos.

CAVEMEN “Nick Get Job” - 8pm ABC
Last week was pretty fun, so for now Cavemen will stay on my schedule. Not that I am in love with the show, but I want to see in what direction it’s going. I’m willing to keep watching it for another week or two and see if they grab my attention for longer.

CARPOOLERS “Laird of the Rings” - 8:30pm ABC
I feel the same way about Carpoolers that I feel about Cavemen. Fun TV show, I’ll give it a few more episodes. But since I keep repeating that I have too many TV shows on my schedule, it will have to get a lot better for me to keep tuning in every week.

REAPER “All Mine” - 9pm CW
I am liking this TV show more and more. Last week was another great episode of Reaper and I’m having such a fun time watching Sam coming to terms with his new “job.” Seriously, it still makes me laugh: “The Devil’s Bounty Hunter” - now that’s a cool concept.

HOUSE “97 Seconds” - 9pm FOX
Now that more than half of the candidates have been fired, competition gets tougher. Who will House choose to replace Foreman, Chase and Cameron? It appears as though this choice has already been made behind-the-scenes (which I’ll talk about later on so as not to spoil anyone). I keep repeating it, I’m am loving House more and more this season. Check out some pictures from tongiht’s episode of House “97 Seconds” here.

DAMAGES “I Hate These People” - 10pm FX
Damages is a really intriguing TV show to me. I wonder what the whole “conspiracy” will turn out to be. Although I do wonder where they can go once that everything is explained. Would they come up with a new “conspiracy” and create a show a la 24? Something to think about.

LA INK “Kat’s In Love” - 10pm TLC
My fun relaxing reality show, LA Ink always relaxes me.There is nothing that I can say about LA Ink that I haven’t said before. The tattoos are always really good and everyone is fun to watch.

On Tonight, Monday 10/2: CARPOOLERS, CAVEMEN, and more…

CAVEMEN “Her Embarrassed Of Caveman” - 8pm ABC
Cavemen finally starts tonight. All bets are off. Lots of people are less than enthusiastic about Cavemen. I personally think I’ll watch it as long as it’s on TV.

CARPOOLERS “Pilot” - 8:30pm ABC
Carpoolers premieres tonight and I think people are going to enjoy it. It’s a 30 minute show which is short enough not to get bored but long enough to have a good time. So far Carpoolers has made it on my schedule.

REAPER “Charged” - 9pm CW
After the premiere last week, I am curious to see where Reaper is going to take us this week. Who will Sam have to send back to hell this week?

HOUSE “The Right Stuff” - 9pm FOX
Let the games begin! Who will survive the game of House? I was so happy to see good old House back last week, I feel this is going to be a fun season. Look at some pictures from tonight’s episode here.

EUREKA “A Night At Global Dynamics” - 9pm Sci-Fi
Season finale tonight, but it’s not all sad because Eureka has been renewed for a third season and will be back next summer. I’m going to enjoy the last episode of my feel-good show as much as I can because it’s going to be a while before it’s back.

DAMAGES “Sort Of Like A Family” - 10pm FX
Damages has been a surprise for me this summer. I started out just liking it ok, but then every week it gets better and better. Now I don’t want it to end.

LA INK “Kim Looks For Love” - 10pm TLC
One of the few reality shows I watch, but I really enjoy it. Kat is really fun and her crew does such amazing work. If you haven’t seen LA Ink yet, you might want to check it out.

Fall 2007 TV Preview: CAVEMEN on ABC

Cavemen - Starts October 2nd on ABC at 8pm

Plot: Cavemen is a unique buddy comedy that offers a clever twist on stereotypes and turns race relations on their head. Inspired by the popular Geico Insurance commercials, the series looks at life through the eyes of the ultimate outsiders - three modern cavemen - as they struggle to find their place in the world.

Daemon’s TV Review: I am not expecting this show to last, but I will watch the episodes that do air. It looks funny enough, but I think that they should have left the Cavemen in the Geico commercials.

Sam Huntington in CAVEMEN

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sam Huntington has been added to the cast of ABC’s new show CAVEMEN.

Sam Huntington will be playing a new caveman character named Andy:

“who is the younger brother of Joel (Bill English). Andy, who lives in their small hometown, comes to Atlanta to visit his brother after breaking up with his girlfriend.”

This new character will be replacing the Jamie character from the pilot played by Dash Mihok.

ABC has also announced that the first episode to air will not be the pilot but another episode which hasn’t been filmed yet. The actual pilot will air later on.

I think this is a great add, Sam Huntington is really funny and I have really liked what he has done so far. My thoughts about Cavemen however are mixed. I think it’s either going to be really good or really bad, only time will tell. I do hope that Sam Huntington’s presence will be helpful to the show.

If you wonder where you have seen Sam Huntington before, he played Jimmy Olsen in “Superman Returns.”

CAVEMEN - Will you tune in?

Set to start this fall on Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC, CAVEMEN is a show that I wasn’t too sure about. Really, how good can it be? Taking the “Cavemen” from the Geico commercials didn’t seem like a good idea.

Turns out I sort of changed my mind after looking at a clip from Cavemen, the ABC show. I am not saying that it is the best show ever, but from what I have seen it doesn’t look half bad. I don’t know if they purposefully chose a funny clip, but if the whole show is like that, I will have to tune in and watch how Cavemen transitions from the Geico commercials to sitcom this fall on ABC.
