DOCTOR WHO: The End of Time Preview & Clip

It's official, we have a premiere date for DOCTOR WHO's final two specials, Doctor Who: The End of Time.
Part One will premiere on Saturday, December 26, 2009 on BBC America, and the premiere date for Part Two should be announced very soon as well.
This will be the last Doctor Who episodes starring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor. He will then be replaced by Matt Smith who will become the Eleventh Doctor in the new season slated to premiere in 2010.
Doctor Who: The End of Time will also bring back a favorite of mine: The Master. I personally can't wait to see John Simm back as The Master. And if the last episode featuring The Master is anything to go by, we should expect this one is going to be epic!

The DOCTOR WHO Specials Are Coming to BBC America

BBC Unveils New Logo For New DOCTOR WHO

BBC UNVEILS NEW LOGO FOR NEW DOCTOR
A first look at the new Doctor Who logo, which will accompany Matt Smith's on-screen debut as The Doctor in spring 2010, has been unveiled and can be seen at www.bbcamerica.com/doctorwho. The logo is the eleventh to have been used on screen in the show's history.
Accompanying the logo at BBCAmerica.com is an animated insignia of the show's initials, which will be used as branding for the new series in conjunction with the logo.
About the new logo Steven Moffat, the new Lead Writer and Executive Producer said:
"A new logo. The eleventh logo for the eleventh Doctor - those grand old words, Doctor Who, suddenly looking newer than ever. And look at that, something really new - an insignia! DW in TARDIS form! Simple and beautiful, and most important of all, a completely irresistible [...]

First Look at Matt Smith as the New DOCTOR WHO

Check out Matt Smith in costume as the 11th Doctor filming new episodes of DOCTOR WHO.
We have known for a while that David Tennant would not be returning, and also found out that Matt Smith had been chosen to replace him, but now we finally get to see him as the Doctor thanks to BBC (via Scifi Wire).
Next to him is Karen Gillian, who is playing the Doctor's new companion, Amy Pond.
In addition to Matt Smith taking over the role, there were also some additional changes made behind-the-scenes of the show. Steven Moffat is now the new lead writer and executive producer, who will be responsible for the "overall creative direction of the show, as well as plot and character arcs." As a fan of his shows and all his Doctor Who episodes, I cannot wait to see what he has in store for us this new season.

Check out the trailer, as well as a clip from DOCTOR WHO: The Waters of Mars. This is the second special episode of Doctor Who, which follows "Planet of the Dead." It is expected to air in November 2009 in the UK.
I just cannot get enough of David Tennant as the Doctor and it's really sad to think that this is one of his last episodes, although I can't wait to see it.

DOCTOR WHO: The Next Doctor Tonight on BBC America

I wanted to remind you guys that DOCTOR WHO: THE NEXT DOCTOR airs tonight on BBC America at 9pm.
And to put you in the mood, check out a sneak peek from Doctor Who: The Next Doctor, as well as the trailer that I posted below. You can't tell me you're not excited for this. Not only has it been way too long since the Doctor has been on our screens, but this is also one of the last times we'll get to see David Tennant as the Doctor. So you don't want to miss it.
