Torchwood returns to television tonight, July 20, 2009, for a five nights event, TORCHWOOD: CHILDREN OF EARTH. Each episode will air at 9pm on BBC America every night starting tonight until Friday. Trust me, you don't want to miss it.
Torchwood is without a doubt one of the best shows on television and with Children of Earth, they once again prove how great British TV shows are, and that it's not about how much money you put into a show, but how well it's written.
In Torchwood: Children of Earth, what starts out as an ordinary day quickly becomes a nightmare when every child in the world stops. It's like they have been frozen in place. Then they all begin to speak at once with the same voice announcing: "We are coming."

That scene is one of the creepiest scenes that I have seen. Just a bunch of children paralyzed and repeating in a deep voice: "We are coming, we are coming, we are coming." But what's coming? That's what Torchwood and the British government are trying to find out.

After watching all five episodes, I am left so excited at how unbelievably good Torchwood: Children of Earth is, but also depressed that it was over so soon.

While I still miss Tosh and Owen, seeing Jack Harkness, Gwen and Ianto back in action was beyond exciting. Every single episode will leave you wanting for more as we learn more and more about the latest invasion of Earth. But knowing the team, you probably know that they won't give up without a fight. Their journey will be filled with betrayal, tragedy, and the team won't be the same by the end of the 5th day.

I don't want to give too much away because it's really an event you need to experience, but if you are a fan of Torchwood, then you will absolutely love Children of Earth. And for those of you who haven't seen Torchwood before, you might want to give it a shot. While you might not know all the backstories between the characters, you can definitely understand and enjoy this new story.

So make sure you don't miss Torchwood: Children of Earth starting tonight, July 20, and every night this week at 9pm on BBC America.

You guys know what a fan I am of TORCHWOOD, and so it was with very much excitement that I got the new trailer for Torchwood: Children of the Earth earlier today. The story will be told over five nights and if you have watched the trailer, I think you will agree that it looks like we're going to be getting some really powerful episodes.
The even better news is that now we have a release date, sort of, Torchwood: Children of the Earth will premiere on BBC America in July. Yes, that means only a couple of months to wait until Captain Jack and the gang will be back.
Until then, check out the trailer for Torchwood: Children of the Earth below.

Here is the second part of our interview with Naoko Mori, who plays Tosh on TORCHWOOD.
In part one, Naoko Mori talked about Tosh’s evolution this last season, her doomed love life, how she first heard about Doctor Who, what originally made her want to become an actor, and much more.
In part two, Naoko Mori touches on the dramatic ending of Tosh, her future projects, her dream role, and more.
Enjoy!
I haven't actually seen the last episode, "Exit Wounds," but I was told that something major happens to your character. Can you talk a little bit about that?
Naoko Mori: Oh yes, something major happens.

What can I say, it was very emotional on and off camera, but it's a really special episode and I have to say the writing again, it always comes back down to the writing and that just sums it up. I think it's a very surprising turn of events, especially for the viewers and the fans, but that kind of shocking thing is always good I think. What I was happy to see was that it wasn't done just for the sake of it, as a gimmick. To me it makes sense, because I think she has had an incredible journey, it's like she came full circle. And also, on a very basic point of view, it just reminds people that it is dangerous being in Torchwood. People die young and it reinforces the fact that it's a dangerous job we do. It's an amazing climax and so well written and we had a lot of discussions at the time, how it was gonna happen and many many emails, conversation and on a personal level, I just wanted to make sure it was done with the right balance. I think and I hope we managed to do that. But yeah the last two are certainly the big episodes. The reaction has been ridiculous here in England. The texts and calls and emails, I've been getting just from friends following the series, it's like "Oh my God" (laughs). People coming up to me on the street welling up "I can't believe..." I guess we did something right.

Do you have any future projects that you are working on?

Naoko Mori: I'm kind of waiting to hear. I've been spending a lot of time in LA and stuff. There's a theater project that's happening in Japan, but also something else happening in America. But it's like Murphy's Law, everything always clashes, so we're trying to figure out how to work all this logistically. But yes, I'll certainly be back there very soon. Maybe before or after I do this thing in Japan. So yes, I've got a couple of really nice and interesting stuff coming up, so that's kind of exciting. I mean, I'll miss Torchwood and I'll miss the gang and you know it doesn't feel like it's ended because we're all still in touch, and we'll always keep in touch. John (Barrowman) for example and I have known each other for like eighty five years. But yes, there is some exciting stuff coming up so we'll see.

Is that something that you would like to do, move to the US?

Naoko Mori: Yes, I mean, I actually grew up in the States when I was a child. I moved to New Jersey when I was four, so I actually learned my English out there and in fact I've only become very British because I've been here for a while now. So yes, I'd like to spend some time back in the States. I also want to do some stuff in Japan, I used to do a lot of stuff in Japan way before Torchwood and stuff, so I'm usually always on the move it feels like. I still haven't unpacked fully from LA and it looks like I'll be repacking in the next week or two. I think that for me, from my own background of having lived around so much, it's always like I have three tanks inside me, it sounds really strange to say but, it's like I have an England tank, an America tank, and a Japan tank, and for me I need to almost keep moving around, not in a sort of insecure way, but it just feels like once in a while I need to go back to Japan and sort of recharge my Japanese side or something. That's what I'll kind of be doing. I think after two years in England and two years in Cardiff in the rain, in the cold, I need a little bit of sun and some good Mexican food.

Is there a dream role you'd love to play that you haven't had the opportunity to play yet?

Naoko Mori: So many. Like I said I've been lucky enough to have been able to play a variety of stuff, even within Torchwood and to me doing stuff like Absolutely Fabulous and then working with the Spice Girls and working with someone like Mike Leigh. I've been trying to think what I'd like to do and you know I'd really love to do like a costume drama. It something I've never ever done, it probably sounds like a weird idea because I'm Japanese and you wouldn't necessarily find Japanese people in a Victorian costume film, you know, but why not? I'm always up for the changes and new challenges and stuff, so certainly that's for sure, like a nice period drama or something. And anything that's got a good story. It's all about telling a good story. You know, it would be nice to do some theater again, I did "Avenue Q" between the first series and the second series, which was great because I hadn't done a musical in a while and it's such a good show. It's great to sing again. So yes, maybe do a play, maybe a costume drama, do you call it a costume drama? and who knows it'll be nice. The theater project in Japan will be nice and this thing in the States which is gonna be a TV thing would be pretty cool too, but it's if all the dates work out (laughs).

Can you talk a little more about the Japanese project?

Naoko Mori: It's a theater project, it will be a play, we just don't know what. There's a theater I've worked with a couple of times and we've been talking about doing something, so it'll either be a musical or a play. And we're just sort of making a short list of what kind of plays would be good for the new season and stuff. The other thing I can't talk about it too much because not everything is signed sealed and delivered.

Is there someone you would like to work with that you haven't had the chance to work with yet?

Naoko Mori: Oh my God. So many people. I'm a huge fan of Woody Allen and that's one thing I'd love to do and I haven't done for a while, I'd love to do some film work. And I love Woody Allen films and so many good directors out there and writers out there. I mean it's like how long have you got? I can give you a list of all the people I want to work with. But yes, there's certainly a lot of people, especially in the US.

NAOKO MORI plays the very smart and endearing Toshiko Sato on TORCHWOOD.
Recently, Naoko Mori took some time to speak with Daemon's TV about the second season of Torchwood, which is coming to an end soon. She speaks about Tosh's evolution this last season, her doomed love life, how she first heard about Doctor Who, what originally made her want to become an actor, and much more.
So without further ado, let's see what Naoko Mori had so say.
(Note: In order to preserve the integrity of the finale of Torchwood, I have split the interview in two so that you don't get any spoilers. Part two will be posted after the airing of the Torchwood season 2 finale, "Exit Wounds," which airs on Saturday, April 19, at 9pm on BBC America. So check back then for more.)

NAOKO MORI plays the very smart and endearing Toshiko Sato on TORCHWOOD.

Recently, Naoko Mori took some time to speak with Daemon's TV about the second season of Torchwood, which is coming to an end soon. So check back then for more.)

Update: You can now read part two of the interview here.

How do you feel about how Tosh evolved in the second season of "Torchwood"?

Naoko Mori: I definitely think the second season for me, it was just a lot more bolder and bigger. And as far as the characters are concerned, I really felt pleased because I think with any show there's what I call a bit of first "seasonitous," you know it's kind of a work in progress and everyone's getting the feel of what the series is about. But with the second season, it's like we found our feet and our identity, so I feel it's really evolved and gotten bigger and better in many ways. As far as Tosh is concerned, I think her sort of journey has really become bigger as well and I think she's kind of coming out of her shell a lot more. I feel she's a lot more confident. In life we go through things, things happen to us and it hopefully makes us wiser and certainly I think Tosh has learned a heck of a lot from what happened during season one and she continues to do so in the second series. So hopefully the viewers all see that she's really becoming a much more sort of balanced and rounded person, although she still has that sort of "hold the candle" towards Owen.

Did you already know in Season one as an actor that Tosh was in love with Owen?

Naoko Mori: I didn't know that at the very beginning of the series, I don't think the production team or the writers kind of knew. I think it kind of organically evolved in some ways. What's been great with the team behind Torchwood, especially the writers, there's a real sort of open two-way communication going on. We talk to each other all the time and there're literally on set. I think, at the very beginning certainly, that I didn't really know, as I said it was a real sort of work in progress, and the great thing is we're in constant communication with the writers and they see all the dailies and stuff, so perhaps it was something that just happened or it was an idea that they had from the beginning, but I certainly didn't know from the very beginning. But it's been really nice in a sense, and I was always sort of cautious about it not just turning into a crush, although it does seem like it, and one of the important things I wanted to try and show was that, especially in the second season, it wasn't just about her having a school girl crush on him. I'm sure there's a little bit of that within her, but at the same time she really cares for him, the colleague and the human being, and so hopefully we were able to show a little bit of that through as well, especially towards the end of the season.

Do you wish that this season there had been a more stable relationship in Tosh's life? It seems she always picks the wrong people.

Naoko Mori: Her love life is doomed (laughs). You know what in a way I kind of like that I think. A) it's dramatic but also it is hilarious. What was it that someone pointed at me? Even though she has the worse love life ever out of everyone in Torchwood, she's actually the one who gets it the most (laughs), but it's doomed. It's certainly been interesting, and I haven't really minded that, although at the same time you kind of go "oh come on Tosh." I love her to death but at times I would just be shouting at the script going "Oh my God! Why is she saying that? Why is she doing that? Don't do it." (laughs) But maybe deep down somewhere, I mean she is not a stupid person, she's a highly intelligent person, she's just unfortunately one of those people who have been so academically driven that she's a late bloomer in the social side of life. So I think she's beginning to learn and she certainly learned a lot, but she never loses hope and that's one of the things I like about her. But yeah, it would have been kind of nice, but then I think ... yeah interesting question. It would have been interesting to see her in a healthy real relationship. Maybe there's a tiny bit of her that feels it's kind of safe that she's not in a relationship, so I don't know. But you know she's not very good or probably not very experienced at having relationships so baby steps I think perhaps.

Are you satisfied as an actor, as far as what you got to play in "Torchwood"? For example the Adam episode was really fun, especially since it was such a different side of Tosh.

Naoko Mori: Oh that was such fun, A) as an actor to be able to do this kind of thing in the same program you know. And then what was really funny was that it was probably like the first month of filming, we were doing those scenes, when Burn (Gorman) was playing the geek and I was playing the Owen-type character Tosh, and we were just laughing saying "this is really weird" we're back to work on Torchwood, but it doesn't feel like Torchwood, we're not playing the usual characteristics but it was fun. The whole thing, both seasons, I think it's just been an incredible experience and journey for me personally, and as an actor as well, to be able to be so many different things all under one roof that's called Torchwood. I've been able to take off so many things on my list to do before I die, like run around chasing aliens, tick, in the rain, tick, you know, action, romance, comedy, and I think that's the reason why the show's been so well received. There's so much in it, it's not just sci-fi, it has all sorts of other things, there's something in it for everyone I think.

What first attracted you to the part of Tosh in "Torchwood"? I know that Tosh first appeared on "Doctor Who," but it was a small part, how did they approach you for "Torchwood"?

Naoko Mori: It's really funny, because when they first came to me with Doctor Who, they sent me the script and I was like, well I've kind of heard of Doctor Who, but I've never really grew up with it and watched it. I'm reading the script and it was like "What? Doctor who?" You know, it really was like Doctor who questions. And I'm really embarrassed to say, but I've been open about this for a long time, when I first read the script there were certain words I didn't understand so I looked it up in the dictionary, couldn't find it, so I phoned my agent and I said you know there are some words I don't understand, and he's like "well, look it up in the dictionary," I said "but it's not in the dictionary." So I phoned him and I was like "what's a tardis?" you know, and he was laughing so hard he put the phone down on me. So yeah, that's where I started from, I didn't know who Doctor Who was, I didn't know what a tardis was, or that kind of thing. And then I must have done something right, I don't know, within that tiny part that I had. Russell (T Davies) and his team contacted my agent and told him "we have this thing called Torchwood and we'd really like her to play this part," and I was like "where does this come from?" So I guess I must have done something right. And I met with them and they sent me a script, and I think the first thing for me was - I always love having a challenge and doing things I've never done and sci-fi certainly had been something I had never ever done. And just by reading the first script it just told me that it had so much to come. I could already kind of smell the potential, it was soaking up so much and it was something that I'd never seen before, that premise, everything was so new and I was just so curious about the whole thing, that was the biggest attraction. It was something that I knew was going to be very new and very interesting, something that you'd probably never seen on British TV before. So that really excited me for sure.

What was your favorite episode this season?

Naoko Mori: I really enjoyed episode 3, which was the Tommy episode, "To The Last Man," that was incredibly intense. I loved the whole script and the fact that this happened in real life, first World War, soldiers were getting killed by their own people for being cowards, so that kind of resonated a lot, and it's a very tender story that was very well written, so I enjoyed that. "Adam" was a ball. it was great fun to be able to play a very different side of Tosh. Gosh, there are so many, the thing with Torchwood is that every episode is so different. And I have to say certainly the last two are just ridiculous, I mean completely enjoyable and emotional and intense. Episode 12 ("Fragments") is really well written and it tells a lot about how we all came to be in Torchwood, so it's a great story. And episode 13 ("Exit Wounds") is episode 13, what can I say!

How similar are you to Tosh? Are you actually good with computers and stuff like that?

Naoko Mori: Yes, I'm Japanese, it's in the blood (laughs). You know, seriously. All my friends know that I'm a bit of a geek, I like my gadgets and so does John Barrowman. John and I used to look at catalogs. It sounds really dull but we love catalogs. He's Japanese too, he's a bit of a big geek. So yes, totally I definitely share that with Tosh. I guess I would like to think I'm a little bit more outgoing than Tosh, obviously I'm not as intelligent and a genius like Tosh. But we share definitely the love of technology. I'm the first one to get excited about gadgets and computers and stuff. I guess I'm pretty private too in a sense that work is work and I'm not one of those people who talks about their private life and stuff like that. I'm a lot more at ease with myself than Tosh, I hope (laughs).

What originally made you want to become an actress?

Naoko Mori: You know what, I actually wanted to be a singer first. I loved singing and my parents were very into the arts, especially when we lived in New Jersey, we used to go to Broadway all the time and look at the concert and the Lincoln Center and they were very interested in theater and films and arts, so I've been very lucky in that sense. And I really wanted to do some singing, purely at the beginning as a hobby and I actually started training as a classical singer when I was eleven. When I was doing that, I kind of got a scholarship for the singing and then someone suggested that I should do theater study, like drama, too and so I've always been interested in theater and acting and stuff. Loved black and white films, that's all I used to watch and then what was kind of like a hobby turned into a full blown obsession. I ate and breathed, every waking moment was about movies and theater and plays and you know. I think for me in retrospect maybe it's to do with having grown up in different cultures and different places, people always intrigued me and different cultures intrigued me. But at the end of the day what I found was people are people. People are the same. They're different but the same, whatever country you may be in, whatever creed, color, religion you are, people are at the end of the day the same. But there are differences and those unique qualities make a person and everyone has a different story to tell, and that's something that really captured my imagination. I love people and I want to tell people story and I think that was the thing for me, becoming an actor and sort of trying to understand people. I find people curious, you know, everyone has a different voice, a different opinion, a different thought, a different take on thing, and they have a different story to tell. That's why I almost enjoy people who are not perfect, I mean obviously no one's perfect, but people who are what I call real characters. Like Tosh is far from being perfect. Okay, she might be a genius but everything else in her life, you know, she's not really good at her social life, and those kind of shortcomings, you can call it her shortcomings but it's not, that's what makes her who she is and that's one of the things that I've loved with Tosh and sort of learning with her and going on a journey with her.

How do you prepare for the different characters you play?

Naoko Mori: Well first and foremost everything is in the script pretty much and I think it's just finding a way of giving someone a voice. For example, I don't know if you know how someone like the director Mike Leigh works, he's very famous for doing sort of hour long improvisations and working from scratch to create a character and a persona, and for me in a sense it's not far off it. It's like I would sit down and go, "well, what would this person eat? What did this person have for breakfast? How many brothers and sisters would this person have?" And building a persona. You get the hint from the script and then kind of giving that person a voice. When I first started working on Tosh, obviously you're very lead by the writing, and then you fill in the holes and then you think about the subtext, you know people say things, but they mean often mean something else. So it's kind of those kind of techniques if you like. But I love Tosh because I could just see her like going home and sort of getting excited about a new gadget or something. To her that was probably better than going to see a movie or something. And I think you definitely have to care about the character. And just try to understand and building them up from there. And certainly, I think there's little quirks. Everyone has quirks, and for me Tosh had so many of them in a way, but it's certainly been an amazing two years working on Torchwood and it's just been an amazing project and I love it and I love Tosh. Bless her, bless her and her red glasses (laughs).

First of all, in my review of last week's episode< "Fragments," I forgot to mention how exciting it was to see James Marsters aka Captain John Hart back on Torchwood (they did a good job of keeping that under wraps because I had no idea), it was a great surprise and I did not see it coming.
Now on to the serious stuff, this Saturday we finally get to see the TORCHWOOD season 2 finale, and since I was sent an early copy I would like to share my thoughts with you.
"WOW!!! Oh my God this show is so good!" Are the first words that popped into my head. Now that I got that out of my system I would like to continue on the same note and tell you that this episode is an absolute MUST SEE!!!

Seriously, your jaw will drop (and if you don't like it, then there is nothing I can do for you). This episode is definitely amongst the best episodes of Torchwood including last week's episode "Fragments."

When we last left, Jack found out that his long lost brother Gray is still alive, and so get ready to see more of grown-up Gray in this episode. I don't want to say much more about him so as not to give too many spoilers, but he is definitely a big part of the story. I will say however that I thought the actor portraying Gray, Lachlan Nieboer, was a little weak in parts because of what we are meant to believe about him, but I'll let you be the judge of that when you watch the episode.

And of course Captain John is back as well in this episode up to his old tricks. James Marsters gives us another brilliant performance.

As for the gang, well they are back at doing what they do best, protecting earth from Aliens and disasters. Everyone in the episode plays an important part in the outcome of things and the acting is right on. Tosh uses her amazing brain (and we now know how amazing it is), Owen once more uses his "King of the Weevils trick," Gwen is being Gwen trying to fix everything, and Ianto puts forth more of his Torchwood skills.

You will really enjoy watching how everything that happens in the episode affects everyone and will change them forever, I don't think Torchwood will ever be the same after this episode.

On a more general note, I feel that the difference with the second season is that they added more humor to the show and even in this dramatic and intense episode, they find a way to have these great comedic moments. Did anyone notice how funny Ianto got this season? I love it.

There is so much more that I have to say about the episode, but since I can't talk about it without spoiling it, I will just hold my tongue for now and urge you to watch Torchwood tomorrow, April 19, night at 9pm on BBC America and get ready for a crazy ride. If you thought the season one finale was good, well then you will be blown away by "Exit Wounds."

Oh and one final advice, get your box of tissues ready, you'll need them... lots of them...

And just as a heads up, I will be posting our interview with Naoko Mori (Tosh) later tonight, so make sure to keep an eye out for it.

I have been meaning to write a review for last Saturday's episode of TORCHWOOD, because not only was it really good, it is the second to last episode of the season, which sort of leads into the finale coming up this Saturday. I will have an early review of the season finale later this week, but for now, let's talk about "Fragments."
THE GOOD
This episode of Torchwood was absolutely brilliant. I am still trying to get my mind around it. We learned so much in one episode about the whole Torchwood team, it gives you a new understanding of where they are coming from.
For me I think the Owen story was the best - although Tosh is a pretty close #2. I already liked him as a character to begin with, but now you add this new dimension because we found out about the death of his fiancee.
And then Tosh, [...]
This is a post from Daemon's TV.

THE GOOD

This episode of Torchwood was absolutely brilliant. I am still trying to get my mind around it. We learned so much in one episode about the whole Torchwood team, it gives you a new understanding of where they are coming from.

And then Tosh, OMG, who knew all of this happened to her. I knew she was smart, but man, I didn't know she was that smart. Go Tosh!

What a treat this episode was.

THE BAD

The only bad thing I could find about the episode, and I'm not sure you could really call it a bad thing, but I wish they would have gotten more into Ianto's background. We do see how he came to be with Torchwood Cardiff, but it doesn't really show how he came into the Torchwood Institute itself. Probably something they could explore next season.

THE UGLY (Well, not really...)

There is nothing "Ugly" about Torchwood, or maybe I just love the show so much, I can't find anything wrong about it.

In other news, I talked to Naoko Mori (who plays Tosh) last week and will have her interview up before Saturday, which should be a great prelude to the upcoming episode "Exit Wounds."

The second to last episode of season 2 of TORCHWOOD, "Fragments" is a must-watch (well actually every episode of Torchwood is a must-watch) because from what I am told it goes into how each of the characters were recruited to work in Torchwood. I always think it's fascinating when you learn about the past of characters because you usually see them under a new light and I cannot wait to find out more about Tosh, Ianto, and Owen (Gwen we already know about and as for Captain Jack Harkness you'll have to watch Doctor Who to find out more about him.)
Don't forget to watch Torchwood "Fragments" tonight, April 12, at 9pm on BBC America.
For now check out a preview clip and more pictures for Torchwood "Fragments" below.

TORCHWOOD is back with a whole new episode, "Adrift." It is one of my absolute favorite shows and the reason why I haven't been covering it much lately is because I was catching up with Season 3 of Doctor Who (another favorite show), and I wanted to finish that before catching up with the new season of Torchwood (which was piling up on my DVR) and I am so glad I did.
Back to Torchwood. I am happy to say that I am now up to date and ready for the new episode this Saturday, April 5. This season so far has been great I cannot believe that we only have 3 episodes left (including this one). How long are we going to have to wait to see the Torchwood team again after that? I might have to watch season 1 and 2 again.
So don't forget to watch Torchwood "Adrift" [...]
This is a post from Daemon's TV.

I have been meaning to write about two of my favorite TV shows, DOCTOR WHO and TORCHWOOD ever since I finished watching season 3 of Doctor Who.
I started watching Doctor Who, after a few of our readers convinced me to give it a chance, since I was such a big fan of Torchwood. And I am glad I did because I became so addicted to Doctor Who.
After watching the season 3 finale, I can honestly say that it was one of the best finale I have ever seen. I was on the edge of my seat the whole last three episodes of the season, which formed the fantastic finale. And for Life on Mars fans, John Simm (who played Sam Tyler on Life On Mars) has a big part in all three episodes and his performance was exquisite.

The best part is that the finale actually revealed a big information about Captain Jack Harkness from Torchwood, which makes me watch the show in a totally new light and I love it. If you are a Torchwood fan, I absolutely recommend you watch Doctor Who and trust me, it'll give you a different outlook and understanding of Torchwood and of its main character, Captain Jack Harkness.

I don't want to reveal too much, but let's just say that my jaw dropped when I heard the revelation.

Point is, Doctor Who and Torchwood are wonderful shows and I cannot wait to see Doctor Who's new season. As for Torchwood, I am currently catching up on the second season, which I am loving.

As I was exploring the infinite depth of the internet, I came upon this really fun project created by spastasmagoria and jigglykat entitled TORCHWOOD BABIEZ.
I'm sure you can sort of guess what it's all about: Torchwood, if they were babies, as a comic book. The end project consists of four parts, so far two parts have been released.
The project includes all our favorite characters from Torchwood, Captain Jack Harkness, Toshiko Sato, Gwen Cooper, Owen Harper, Ianto Jones, and for Doctor Who fans, they are joined by The Doctor and Rose Tyler as well, how cool is that?

(Now if only that cross-over would happen in the real TV shows...).

Here is the summary of the project directly from the mouths of the creators:

Summary: Designed specifically to kill you with cute. The byproduct of too much booze and conventions... we give to you... WHY KIDS AND TORCHWOOD SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE SAME SENTENCE.

Check out an image from the Torchwood Babiez comic book below. To read the full stories, head over to Torchwood Babiez Official Website.

Come on, how fun is that project?!

Every Saturday I forget to remind you guys to watch TORCHWOOD on BBC America, but not this week, so don't forget to watch it at 9pm.
I actually have been holding off on watching the new episodes of Torchwood until I finished watching the third season of Doctor Who, just because I didn't want any spoilers from Martha Jones crossing over. Hopefully I can catch up very soon. Still, it doesn't prevent you from watching what I feel is right now real quality television.
Here is the episode synopsis: "Adam" - An alien with the power to change memories infiltrates Torchwood - can the team save themselves before it's too late? With Captain Jack caught up in memories of his lost family, and Gwen struggling to remember Rhys, it takes Jack’s love of Ianto to reveal the truth. But there's always a price to pay.

Don't forget that TORCHWOOD series (season) 2 starts tonight at 9 pm on BBC America. The first episode is entitled "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" and features the great James Marsters.
You can watch a promo and preview clips of Torchwood here and get more information for series 2 here.
After watching the first series, Torchwood has become one of my favorite TV shows, along with Doctor Who (which I recently started watching). I cannot get enough of them.

I know I have been mentioning TORCHWOOD quite a lot lately, but what can I say it's an awesome series. And as so I thought it was my duty to provide the first few minutes from the first episode of the new season of Torchwood and another preview clip from a scene between Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) and Captain John Hart (played by guest star James Marsters).
Things get pretty hot and crazy in that second clip and there is a big return in the first clip. If you don't want to get spoiled then don't watch the videos below. All I can say is that this looks like it's going to be a killer season.
Don't forget that Torchwood season two premieres January 26 at 9pm on BBC America. I can't wait!
