Patty Hewes is back tonight when DAMAGES returns for its second season tonight, January 7, at 10pm on FX.

Last season was pretty mind blowing if you ask me, so now it's all about whether they can recapture it in season 2.

So far they are on the right path, did you see the new actors coming on board this season?! William Hurt, Timothy Olyphant, and Marcia Gay Harden, hell yes!

The first episode dives right into the action and although Ellen is still working for Patty, things have changed. Maybe the fact that Patty tried to kill her has something to do with it, you be the judge. But you will want to tune in for sure to find out just how messed up their relationship is (or isn't).

I do think the best part of this season will be the new additions to the cast. William Hurt's character has gotten me quite intrigued as to what's coming up.

Timothy Olyphant plays, I guess, a "love interest" (if that's what we can call them in Damages) to Ellen. And as a fan, I am of course very excited to see more of his character.

But the best part of the first episode to me is the set up of what happens 6 months later. The opening scene takes place 6 months in the future as we see Ellen talking to someone (we don't know who) and holding a gun. If season one has taught us anything it's that we won't find out the whole story until the end.

DAMAGES Returns Tonight for Season 2 on FX

According to Watch With Kristin, DEXTER has been renewed for a third season. Now that's great news, let's put our hands together for more killing!

FX has picked up its critically acclaimed drama series DAMAGES for an additional two seasons ordering 26 episodes. That's right, not one but two more seasons of Damages goodness (that is if they keep up the good writing).

CAVEMEN "The Mascot" - 8pm ABC
So I'm still watching Cavemen. It's not the best TV show ever, but it's fun enough for 30 minutes of relaxing television. The only thing that annoys me about Cavemen is that they made some of the cavemen hard to distinguish from each other. Seriously, I have a hard time figuring out who is who sometimes.

FIVE DAYS "Day 33" - 8pm HBO
I am still on Day 1. It seems like Five Days is at the bottom of my list as far as which TV shows to watch first. I think I might end up watching the whole miniseries once all of the episodes have aired, because right now I'm not really finding the time.

CARPOOLERS "Down For The Count" - 8:30pm ABC
Carpoolers makes me laugh. That's one of the main reasons I like it. Plus we get a weekly dose of funny Jerry O'Connell. Did I mention it's worth watching Carpoolers just for the car scenes?

REAPER "What About Blob?" - 9pm CW
My sweet Reaper is back tonight with a new assignment. Is this the night Sam and Andi finally hook up? If you ask me, it's very doubtful. But that's okay, we have Sock to entertain us. Seriously, that guy is hilarious. Let's not forget Ben, he also has some pretty funny moments.

HOUSE "Guardian Angels" - 9pm FOX
House is back after one week off. I was starting to have withdrawal. And the "race" continues, who will survive Doctor House's survival game?

DAMAGES "Because I Know Patty" - 10pm FX
The finale is on tonight. I cannot believe I am still behind on Damages. But you can be sure that tomorrow I will catch up in order to be able to watch the finale. From what I have been reading, it sounds like this is going to be a powerful ending. I cannot wait to find out what happens.

LA INK "Pixie's Got The Blues" - 10pm TLC
Kat is getting some new clients and new awesome tattoos. The more I watch LA Ink, the more I am fascinated by tattoos and the art of it. Still, I am too chicken to get one myself, plus I'm not sure if there's any design I'd like to have on my body forever.

CAVEMEN "The Cavewoman" - 8pm ABC
So far I am not in love with Cavemen, it has funny moments but it needs to pick up in order for me to keep watching. I'll give it a few more weeks, but I'm just not that excited about it.

FIVE DAYS "Part 3" - 8pm HBO
Day 28 already! I'm only on Day 1. It's an interesting show but I need to really concentrate when I watch it because it's a pretty serious. That's why I tend to hold off until the week-end to watch it. It's a nice break from the other types of TV shows I watch though.

CARPOOLERS "Who Would You Do?" - 8:30pm ABC
I am liking Carpoolers so far. It's pretty fun and I really enjoy all the car scenes with them singing together and stuff. Carpoolers is here to stay on my TV schedule for now.

REAPER "Magic" - 9pm CW
Reaper is the TV show I am most excited to watch on Tuesdays. I just love the Sam, Sock, and Ben trio, no one can stop demons like these guys can.

DAMAGES - 10pm FX
I am sort of behind on Damages, I haven't been watching the last few episodes but I still like it. Actually, Ramblings of a TV Whore has an interview with Tate Donovan who plays Tom Shayes.

LA INK "Holly's Here" - 10pm TLC
More of Kat and her tattoo artists friends tonight. I never really know what to write about LA Ink, except that I like it and would recommend it if you want to watch a relaxing TV show and like the art of tattoos.

CAVEMEN "Nick Get Job" - 8pm ABC
Last week was pretty fun, so for now Cavemen will stay on my schedule. Not that I am in love with the show, but I want to see in what direction it's going. I'm willing to keep watching it for another week or two and see if they grab my attention for longer.

CARPOOLERS "Laird of the Rings" - 8:30pm ABC
I feel the same way about Carpoolers that I feel about Cavemen. Fun TV show, I'll give it a few more episodes. But since I keep repeating that I have too many TV shows on my schedule, it will have to get a lot better for me to keep tuning in every week.

REAPER "All Mine" - 9pm CW
I am liking this TV show more and more. Last week was another great episode of Reaper and I'm having such a fun time watching Sam coming to terms with his new "job." Seriously, it still makes me laugh: "The Devil's Bounty Hunter" - now that's a cool concept.

HOUSE "97 Seconds" - 9pm FOX
Now that more than half of the candidates have been fired, competition gets tougher. Who will House choose to replace Foreman, Chase and Cameron? It appears as though this choice has already been made behind-the-scenes (which I'll talk about later on so as not to spoil anyone). I keep repeating it, I'm am loving House more and more this season. Check out some pictures from tongiht's episode of House "97 Seconds" here.

DAMAGES "I Hate These People" - 10pm FX
Damages is a really intriguing TV show to me. I wonder what the whole "conspiracy" will turn out to be. Although I do wonder where they can go once that everything is explained. Would they come up with a new "conspiracy" and create a show a la 24? Something to think about.

LA INK "Kat's In Love" - 10pm TLC
My fun relaxing reality show, LA Ink always relaxes me.There is nothing that I can say about LA Ink that I haven't said before. The tattoos are always really good and everyone is fun to watch.

Cavemen finally starts tonight. All bets are off. Lots of people are less than enthusiastic about Cavemen. I personally think I'll watch it as long as it's on TV.

CARPOOLERS "Pilot" - 8:30pm ABC
Carpoolers premieres tonight and I think people are going to enjoy it. It's a 30 minute show which is short enough not to get bored but long enough to have a good time. So far Carpoolers has made it on my schedule.

REAPER "Charged" - 9pm CW
After the premiere last week, I am curious to see where Reaper is going to take us this week. Who will Sam have to send back to hell this week?

HOUSE "The Right Stuff" - 9pm FOX
Let the games begin! Who will survive the game of House? I was so happy to see good old House back last week, I feel this is going to be a fun season. Look at some pictures from tonight's episode here.

EUREKA "A Night At Global Dynamics" - 9pm Sci-Fi
Season finale tonight, but it's not all sad because Eureka has been renewed for a third season and will be back next summer. I'm going to enjoy the last episode of my feel-good show as much as I can because it's going to be a while before it's back.

DAMAGES "Sort Of Like A Family" - 10pm FX
Damages has been a surprise for me this summer. I started out just liking it ok, but then every week it gets better and better. Now I don't want it to end.

LA INK "Kim Looks For Love" - 10pm TLC
One of the few reality shows I watch, but I really enjoy it. Kat is really fun and her crew does such amazing work. If you haven't seen LA Ink yet, you might want to check it out.

On Tonight, Monday 10/2: CARPOOLERS, CAVEMEN, and more...

REAPER "Pilot" - 9pm CW
Let me give you one reason to watch the pilot of Reaper: Kevin Smith, who directed the episode. Furthermore, Reaper is really funny, and I am not an easy person to please. Bret Harrison is hilarious as the guy whose soul has been sold to the devil by his parents. Ray Wise plays the devil, pretty cool, huh? Reaper is a must watch. And yes, it already has a season pass with me. Read my preview of Reaper here and look at some Gallery photos here.
Story: For the first 20 years of his life, Sam wondered why his parents went so easy on him. Whether it was school, sports or career choices, Sam’s mom and dad always let him get by with the least possible effort. As a result, Sam skipped college, took a dead-end job at the local Work Bench home improvement store and now wastes endless hours playing video games. Everything in his slacker world changed the day Sam turned 21 and discovered the ungodly reason his parents let him slide: they sold his soul to the devil before he was even born.

HOUSE "Alone" - 9pm FOX
Dr. House is back and apparently "Alone" (bad joke I know, I just can't help it), but not for long. In the season premiere, we will meet the new candidates. I cannot even begin to imagine how horrible House is going to be with them... Yes!!!! I am so glad House is back tonight with whole new storylines this season.

EUREKA "All That Glitters" - 9pm Sci-Fi
My feel-good show, still puts a smile on my face when I watch it. Sheriff Carter is just cool and you can't help but love him. Did I mention I wish I lived in Eureka? I am so glad this show is not over yet, I still need a few weeks to prepare myself for it ending.

DAMAGES "Do You Regret What We Did?" - 10pm FX
I haven't watched last week's episode yet, but the more I watch Damages, the more I love it. Glenn Close is so good, I love to hate her.

LA INK "Kat's Gnarly Day " - 10pm TLC
Kat is back tonight. You never know what to expect when you watch LA Ink. I find them so entertaining and I love the work they do. I wish I could do what they do. Also, I always want to get a tattoo when I watch the show. But then it's over and I think, needle, so that's not happening anytime soon. Still, it's fun to see other people get tattoos.

NCIS "Bury Your Dead" - 8pm CBS
A new season of NCIS starts tonight. I used to watch the show, but it's one of those that I can only take in small doses. It's a good show though.

BONES "The Window's Son In The Windshield" - 8pm FOX
Bones is back with a new season tonight. I never really got into Bones. I think that when it started I was already going through overdose of that type of show, so I didn't even give it a chance. I have a friend who really likes it though.

THE UNIT "Pandemonium" - 9pm CBS
The Unit is back tonight. I watched one or two episodes, but see above if you want to know why I don't watch it. I do like the actors in it though.

BOSTON LEGAL "Beauty and the Beast" - 9:30pm ABC
Boston Legal starts a new season tonight. The few times that I watched part of an episode, I liked it and thought it was pretty funny, but since I didn't watch it from the beginning I find it very confusing, hence me not actually following Boston Legal.

CANE "Pilot" - 10pm CBS
One of CBS's new drama, Cane premieres tonight. To be honest, the subject matter just doesn't appeal to me at all. The actors are all very good, but it's just not making it into my weekly schedule. Who knows though, one day I might rent it on DVD. Read my preview for Cane here.

Law & Order:SVU starts a new season tonight. For a while, I used to confuse all the Law & Orders, now I can distinguish them. Still, the thing with Law & Order for me, is that I think they are good shows, but I like to watch one episode here and there maybe on the week-end but I don't like them to the point of making them a weekly thing for me.

Oh beautiful Eureka! You know I've been thinking that it must be fun to live in Eureka, if it existed I might be tempted to live there. Although, all the dangerous situations might be an issue for me. Then again, if Sheriff Carter is there to protect us, that might be ok.

DAMAGES "Blame the Victim" - 10pm FX
I am about 3 episodes behind. I always start the day by thinking that I am going to catch up and then things happen, and then it's too late. Right now I'm thinking today should be a good day to watch at least one episode. I do enjoy Damages, but I sometimes have other priorities...

LA INK "Pixie's Surgery" - 10pm TLC
So far I really enjoy LA Ink. Kat is funny and talented. I especially liked last week's episode when Kat got a tattoo of Pixie on her body but was so secretive that Pixie actually thought she was going to get fired. That was so sad but so cute at the same time. Poor Pixie! LA Ink is always a fun show to watch.

EUREKA "God Is In The Details" - 9pm Sci-Fi
I think we all know Eureka is one of my top feel-good shows this summer. Who doesn't love watching sheriff Jack Carter getting out of all the disasters thrown at him in the weird town that is Eureka?

I enjoy watching Damages, but sometimes it really takes a lot of energy out of me to concentrate, so I don't watch it as often as I should. I think I am almost up to date though and so far I am intrigued to find out what the whole story is. Did I mention the actors are great?

Every week, I love this show more and more. It feels like Lifetime created this show just for me and my romantic side. Oh and when is Jenny finally going to meet Mister Wrong Number? Are they going to make us wait another season?

THE 4400 "Tiny Machines" - 9pm USA
The 4400 is one of my favorite TV shows this summer, and every season it gets better and better. I cannot wait to see how this season will end, but at the same time I'm sad we'll have to wait another year to watch next season.

TELL ME YOU LOVE ME - 9pm HBO
A new show from HBO, I'm in. I haven't heard much about the show, but I have seen some previews a while ago and ever since then I have been wanting to watch it. Plus since it's HBO, you know it will be a quality show.

DAMAGES "She Spat At Me" - 10pm FX
I have been following Damages. It took me a while to watch the first episode, but I finally did and sort of liked it. It's not my favorite this summer, but nice enough for me to keep watching. I have to give it up to the actors though, they all do a great job and I think it's one of the reason I have been watching Damages.

I guess tonight is Part 1 of the two-part season finale. Like I said I gave up trying to figure out how the show works. Tonight, one more filmmaker gets eliminated and we are left with the 3 finalists. So far I like all four so we'll see who gets eliminated tonight.

EUREKA "Noche de Suenos" - 9pm Sci-Fi
My feel good show! I love Tuesdays. What more can I say but I love Eureka and I cannot wait to see what other disaster they will encounter tonight. I don't how they come up with those stories, they are so much fun.

CRISS ANGEL: MINDFREAK "Nakes Jail Escape" - 10pm A&E
The illusionist is back. I haven't watched him in a while it seems. I am still impressed by everything he does. I can't figure out how he does it, but I guess that if I did, it just wouldn't be that interesting.

DAMAGES "Tastes Like A Ho Ho" - 10pm FX
I finally watched the pilot (I told you I would) and although I liked it, I am not too excited about it. I think it has to do with the fact that it's heavy, I have to admit I like entertainment and sometimes I cannot take such heavy shows. That said I will keep watching because they were smart enough to leave the pilot on a cliffhanger and I need to see what happens.

LA INK "Nowhere To Work" - 10pm TLC
Last week's series premiere was fun. It is different enough from Miami Ink that you don't feel you're watching the same show over and over again. One director eliminated tonight, four left who will screen their new films. I like the show, but it's just dragging along. I'll watch it until the end because I want to see who wins but I'm not sure I would watch another season (although I very much doubt there will be another season).

EUREKA "Duck, Duck Goose" - 9pm Sci-Fi
My feel-good show. I can watch this show right away because it's just so nice to watch it and it relaxes me. Plus did I mention how much I like supernatural shows? I just wish Carter and Allison would get together already.

DAMAGES "And My Paralyzing Fear Of Death" - 10pm FX
I haven't had a chance to watch Damages yet, and I think part of the reason is because I know it's pretty heavy material so I need to get myself in the right mood for it. I'm sure it's a really good show though and the preview looks awesome. I will let you know as soon as I've seen the first episode.

LA INK "Welcome Home Kat" - 10pm TLC
Remember Kat von D who was fired by Ami on Miami Ink? Well, she's opening a new shop in LA with a new crew. Since I recently started watching Miami Ink, I had not seen Kat when she was on the show, but since I really like Miami Ink, I will be tuning in to LA Ink tonight and check it out. My friend also told me that Kat was really good when she was on Miami Ink, so another reason to watch it.

Oh yay! I just remembered Eureka is on, this is going to be a good day! I wish I had been able to go to the Comic Con panel for Eureka, oh well, next year...

I haven't had the chance to watch Damages yet (wow Comic Con took a lot of my time), so I am not really sure how I feel about it yet. I did like the preview though.

Ami and his team are back tonight. Still working on their bar. I personally like the tattooing part of the show better. I really like hearing about people's stories and why they are getting their tattoos. I hope we'll get more of that tonight.

On the Lot is getting close to the end. Two more contestants are going home tonight which leaves only 6 directors remaining. So far, my favorites are still in the competition, so we'll see what happens tonight. Tonight, the remaining six will show their short romance film. That is bound to be interesting.

EUREKA "Unpredictable" - 9pm Sci-Fi
Yay, Eureka is back tonight. I think we all know how I feel about Eureka, my feel-good show. So far I am not disappointed in this second season.

THE BILL ENGVALL SHOW "Aloha, Raffles" - 9pm TBS
After watching the pilot last week, I have to say I am not convinced. I just don't think this is my type of show, it didn't appeal to me, but I can see why some people would like it. So for now, no more The Bill Engvall Show for me.

DAMAGES "Pilot Episode" - 10pm FX
The new original FX show, Damages, starts tonight. Glenn Close stars, do I need to say more? Okay here is what it's about: Lawyers in New York City who work in the world of high-stake litigation.
I'll tune in for Glenn Close and Rose Byrne (whom I've just seen in "Sunshine," awesome movie) and because FX usually has some pretty hard-core shows. Love it!!!

Here are the returning shows I am looking forward to:

EUREKA - Where have you been? This show makes me feel so good inside every time I watch it. Definitely one of my favorites this summer.

MONK - Who doesn't love Mr. Monk? Yeah, sure he's selfish and not really nice, but he's Monk, you can't help but watch him.

PSYCH - Psych is so funny I laugh out loud during every episode (which doesn't happen very often). Shawn and Gus are the funniest team on TV. I wish I could have more of them throughout the year.

SIDE ORDER OF LIFE - From the preview it looks like a sweet, feel-good show. Exactly what I need.

STATE OF MIND - The show looks funny and I am curious to find out more about it.

SAVING GRACE - I have been seeing a lot of advertisement for this show and I love Holly Hunter, so I'll definitely watch the first episode. I really hope it's as good as it sounds.

MAD MEN - I am not sure if it's a show that will keep me interested, but the premise sounds original enough to make me want to tune in.

DAMAGES - Glenn Close and Rose Byrne, that's about all I need to hear. Oh and yeah, the preview looks awesome...
