CSI - “Goodbye and Good Luck” (8×7) Pictures and Goodbye Sara
November 15, 2007
I wanted to mention this episode of CSI “Goodbye and Good Luck” because it is the last one of Jorja Fox (who plays Sara). It seems that after years of being in CSI, Jorja Fox will be trying out new things with her career. Whether it’s a good or bad move, only time will tell.
So if you like Jorja Fox and her character, Sara, you might want to tune in for her last episode “Goodbye and Good Luck” and watch CSI Thursday at 9pm on CBS.
You can watch the promo and enjoy more pictures from CSI’s “Goodbye and Good Luck” episode below.

Eric’s Top 10 All Time TV Shows: #9 - CSI
October 23, 2007

Eric - #9 CSI

Why do I like CSI?
Is it the stories? Not really, most of them are pretty unimaginative and similar in content. How many different ways can people try to kill for money, sex or revenge? So it’s definitely not that.
Is it the characters? I like Grissom. The rest are somewhat interesting but not as compelling as Grissom.
So why do I like the show? I guess I like the process of catching the bad guy. Most of all, I like the fact that I can watch this show without thinking about it too hard. It’s one of those shows that I find just relaxing.
Also you never know when you will need to get away with murder. (Just Kidding!!)
Cast: Jorja Fox, William Petersen, Marg Helgenberger, Gary Dourdan, George Eads, Paul Guilfoyle, and Eric Szmanda.
Plot: The CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) work their cases in Las Vegas.

On Tonight, Thursday 9/27: THE OFFICE, SMALLVILLE, and SO MUCH MORE…
September 27, 2007
Holy crap! Tonight is as bad as Thursdays, so much to watch. My DVRs are about to burst!

SMALLVILLE “Bizarro” - 8pm the CW
Oh Yes! My sweetheart Smallville is back tonight. Finally, we will find out what happened to Lana and Chloe. This new season also brings Supergirl, who hopefully will teach Clark to fly, it’s about time. Maybe it’s because I’m tired that I don’t have much to say, but trust me this is one of the premieres I am the most excited about.

MY NAME IS EARL “My Name Is Inmate 28301-16 Part 1 & 2″ - 8pm NBC
Poor Earl will be in prison for part of the new season. If you haven’t already, look at the “Free Earl” music video Earl’s friends put together. I have nothing but love for My Name Is Earl, it’s one of my favorite sitcoms along with The Office and How I Met Your Mother. I cannot wait to see what new tricks the writers will have for us this season. In addition, tonight’s episode will be one hour long, set your DVRs accordingly.

UGLY BETTY “How Betty Got Her Grieve Back” - 8pm ABC
Ugly Betty’s first season finale was one of the best. I remember having tears in my eyes (read my review of the finale here), and I am still not over Santos getting shot, I liked his character so much. If you can’t wait for the premiere, take a look at these two clips from the season premiere here.

THE OFFICE “Fun Run” - 9pm NBC
I am so happy I could cry…seriously I have tears in my eyes. Please tell me the long wait will pay off and we will get to see some Jim/Pam action tonight. And if having The Office back wasn’t enough, tonight’s episode will be one hour long instead of the regular half hour. More of The Office is always good. Only a few hours to wait…before the “fight” between Michael and Ryan the temp starts.

GREY’S ANATOMY “A Change Is Gonna Come” - 9pm ABC
Seattle Grace is back in business and welcoming new interns. Look at a few clips from the season premiere if you can’t wait for tonight’s episode. I think that because of the overload of shows, I am not as excited as I could be for the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad it’s back, but I can’t think straight anymore, there are too many shows.

BIG SHOTS “Dead Doll” - 10pm ABC
ABC’s new show premieres tonight. From what I have seen from Big Shots, I am not expecting to like it. I will give it a shot, because you never know until you actually watch the show, but still, I’m not expecting it to last. Too bad because it would have been nice to have Michael Vartan on TV again. But who knows, this might be another surprise, like Dirty Sexy Money (more about that later). Read my preview for Big Shots here.
Story: This is the story of four friends at the top of their game… until the women in their lives enter the room. Lines between boardroom and bedroom blur when these competitive but dysfunctional CEOs take refuge in their friendship, discussing business, confiding secrets, seeking advice and supporting each other through life’s surprising twists and turns.

ER “The War Comes Home” - 10pm NBC
The reaction I get when I talk about this show is usually, “is this still on?” and I guess it’s a legitimate question. Either way, I still enjoy ER. It is by no means a favorite and I usually watch it last, but I do like it, at least enough to keep it on my schedule.

MAD MEN “Long Weekend” - 10pm AMC
One of my summer favorites continues its wonderful season. It will have to fight off some serious competition tonight. Good thing people have already been following the show for a while. I will keep watching for sure.

IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA “The Aluminum Monster vs. Fatty McGoo” & “The Gang Solves The North Korea Situation” - 10pm & 10:30pm FX
We all know about my love for last week’s episode (if you don’t, read it here) and tonight we get two new episodes. I just realized this Thursday feels like Christmas and the gifts keep on coming and coming. I am so ready for more outrageous stories from Dennis, Mac, Charlie, Dee, and Frank.
THE REST
CSI “Dead Doll” - 9pm CBS
Season Premiere tonight. I think I have explained why I don’t watch CSI anymore enough times, so I’ll stop repeating myself. Point is, I don’t watch it anymore. I did hear about one spoiler from the show from Watch With Kristin (stop reading here if you don’t want to find out) - It looks like Jorja Fox, who plays Sara, will not be back this season or at least for a few episodes. Could this mean her character was killed off in the season finale?
WITHOUT A TRACE “Lost Boy” - 10pm CBS
This show premieres tonight as well but I have never watched it. It does sound a lot like CSI, and the likes though.
