Tonight is the season finale for GHOST WHISPERER and I have to wonder if we are going to find out some shocking truth related to Melinda’s abilities. Last season’s finale was really good and so I have high expectations for this finale.

I have to admit that I am sort of excited about this week’s episode of GHOST WHISPERER, “Stranglehold,” because we are finally going to meet Melinda’s father. Ever since last season’s finale, I have been wondering what the deal was with that. Hopefully we get some answers.

GHOST WHISPERER - “Deadbeat Dads” (S03E16) Pictures and Video

I have to admit that GHOST WHISPERER is my guilty pleasure. I don’t know what it is but I just love that whole sappy, Hallmark-type show. It’s just a really fun show to watch and relax… although it can be a little scary sometimes with the ghosts (or maybe I’m just a wuss).

GHOST WHISPERER “Bad Blood” - 8pm CBS
Melinda learns there is something very suspicious about the new house that a friend of Delia’s recently purchased in the countryside
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS “Pantherama!” - 9pm NBC
Brian “Smash” Williams’ (Gaius Charles) day has arrived. He will soon be facing a tough decision, as he finds out his college football options with the first official day for college recruiters to talk to the premier high school players. Coach Taylor (Kyle Chandler) addresses the recruiting day with the players, but has his attention on a new player. With all the “Smash” hype, Matt Saracen (Zach Gilford) is enjoying his new cheerleader girlfriend, but is finding himself more and more attracted to his grandma’s live-in nurse. Meanwhile, Julie (Aimee Teegarden), jealous of the Saracen situation, turns to a new teacher to confide in. Tami (Connie Britton) brings together Lyla (Minka Kelly) and Tyra (Adrianne Palicki) to run the annual “Pantherama” event.
MOONLIGHT “12:04 AM” - 9pm CBS
Mick protects a frightened young woman from a killer’s cult followers after they vow to avenge their leader’s dying wish that those responsible for his execution be put to death.
NUMB3RS “Tabu” - 10pm CBS
When a mega-heiress is abducted by an extremist group looking to punish her industrialist father, Don and the team rush to find her captors, but their attempt to save her takes a startling turn when they to uncover the group’s true motivation.

GHOST WHISPERER “Unhappy Medium” - 8pm CBS
Even though Ghost Whisperer is not one of the most acclaimed shows on TV, I have been enjoying it ever since it started. It’s such a sweet show to watch on Friday nights and I have to admit I get teary-eyed during pretty much every episode.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS “How Did I Get Here” - 9pm NBC
Friday Night Lights just makes me so happy every time I watch it. I cannot praise the writing, acting, and production enough. Every week, I get taken to the town of Dillon and I love it. I just wish more people would start watching. I’ve been trying to get one of my friends to watch it, so we’ll see if he likes it.
MOONLIGHT “The Ringer” - 9pm CBS
We all know about my love of Moonlight by now. The episode get better and better, I keep saying it. I think Moonlight is finding its “voice” and that’s why people are responding to it positively. I don’t really count because I was already pretty much convinced before the show even started, but still it’s one of the better shows on TV right now, so if you haven’t checked it out yet and you like vampires, tonight is your chance to give Moonlight a shot. GHOST WHISPERER “Double Exposure” - 8pm CBS
Another cool episode of Ghost Whisperer. I really am enjoying this season of Ghost Whisperer especially now that they made Jay Mohr a regular.
THE NEXT GREAT AMERICAN BAND - 8pm FOX
Ok so I am giving up on The Next Great American Band, although technically I never even started watching it. I missed the first week and then the second week as well, plus after watching some clips I just lost my initial interest.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS “Let’s Get It On” - 9pm NBC
How much did I love last week’s episode of Friday Night Lights? I really feel this TV show was made for me. I feel so satisfied after watching every episode. And I am so into the new story with Lyla and Santiago, these two would make a cute couple… let’s forget Riggins for a few weeks shall we?
MOONLIGHT “B.C.” - 9pm CBS
Moonlight makes Friday nights so much better than they already are. [Spoiler if you haven't seen last week's episode] After the sweet kiss between Mick and Beth last week, “B.C.” is bound to bring more sexual tension between them. [End Spoiler] It’s hard to translate how I feel about Moonlight into words, but let’s just say I get very giddy. Don’t forget to check out some pictures from tonight’s episode of Moonlight “B.C.” as well as a clip featuring Mick St. John.

GHOST WHISPERER “Weight of What Was” - 8pm CBS

THE NEXT GREAT AMERICAN BAND “Top 12 Perform” - 8pm FOX
Turns out my DVR didn’t record The Next Great American Band last week, so I have no idea if it was good or bad. I’ll try to make sure this doesn’t happen this week. Plus Top 12 performance might actually be fun to watch.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS “Backfire” - 9pm NBC
I am so loving this season of Friday Night Lights. Every week it gets better and better and I never want it to end. This is such an amazing TV show and everybody should be watching it. And this week Coach Taylor is coming home!
MOONLIGHT “Arrested Developement” - 9pm CBS
We all know Moonlight is one of my favorite TV shows right now. Fridays are always exciting for me. And last week was so exciting I have been looking for tonight’s episode of Moonlight since then. It will be interesting to find out how the Mick and Beth relationship evolves now that he wants to stay away from her… I have a feeling it’s not going to be as easy as he thought.

David - #9 GHOST WHISPERER
Now I have taken a few choice words over this pick, but what can I say, I like ghosty things.
The show is about Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and her supernatural abilities, since she was a child she has had the ability to see and talk to the dead. Many who criticize this show think the plot is a tad repetitive and maybe it is but it is done in a way that keeps you interested and more importantly keeps you watching. I urge anyone who reads this to at least give it a try if you haven’t already!
Cast: Jennifer Love Hewitt, David Conrad, Camryn Manheim, and Jay Mohr.
Plot: Melinda Gordon communicates with earthbound spirits, ghosts who cling to the living because they have unfinished business that prevents them from moving beyond the familiar plane of existence that we call life. She helps them get their messages to the living and then cross over.
