What did you think of tonight's episode of GOSSIP GIRL, The Lady Vanished? I loved this episode, but I must say, it was a bit stressful! For starters, I officially hate Jenny. I wish she would have gotten flushed down the toilet along with the pills. What a little brat! When she threw the pills on the ground to get caught I was so sure that Rufus was going to go ape on her. So you can imagine my severe disappointment when Rufus and Lily ate up Damian's lame story! I don't even care what happens to her now. I hope Damian beats her lol.

I was happy that Vanessa and Dan finally got together but it seemed sort of anti-climatic. All the spoilers I read prior to tonight's show were hyping up the fact that Dan and Vanessa were going to date other people. Um yeah, that lasted like 5 minutes. Although I like Dan and Vanessa, they aren't as controversial as the other characters so I'm worried a relationship between the two of them might get boring. What do you think?

Now lets talk about Chuck. How cute was he tonight? I felt so bad for him when his mom failed his test, and was really touched at the end when they sat down for a drink. I hope this lady is on the up and up and doesn't hurt him. I'd love to see her, Chuck and Blair make a happy little family.

What do you think about Rufus and Lily? Things are NOT looking good for their marriage. Do you think Rufus cheated on Lily? I think he probably just went over there to talk, but maybe I am being too naive? I'm happy to say I am back in love with Serena and Nate. I wasn't a fan of these two characters earlier in the season when they were both dating lame people, but they are great together!

GOSSIP GIRL "The Lady Vanished" Season 3 Episode 14

GOSSIP GIRL returned tonight with a new episode titled "The Hurt Locket" (quite appropriate especially after The Hurt Locker's big win at the Oscars yesterday) after what seemed like a hiatus that lasted forever. I even had to watch the 'previously on' recap in order to remind myself of what happened before the break.

So let's talk about this.

Tonight's episode was really light on Dan and Vanessa as they were nowhere to be found, so I'll start with them. Now that Dan finally confessed his feelings to Vanessa, she is the one that's not ready. How long will they make us wait until these two finally get together, seriously! (FYI, check out the episode photos for next week's episode "The Lady Vanished" for your answer)

After being MIP for a while, Rufus finally comes back and confronts Lily about what she did with her ex-husband. When he learns that she shared a kiss with him, he decides that he needs some time to think and goes to see Holland. Hypocrisy, thy name is Rufus.

Nate and Serena finally got it on! I have to admit I have been rooting for these two for a very long time, and the episode got be worried for a second there that things might not work out, again. But thankfully, they were able to make it work, at least for a little while. I wonder how long these two will last...

Jenny is not getting any smarter is she? She keeps going down, down, down the rabbit hole. Even after Damien totally screwed her over, she still wants to continue seeing him and doing "business" with him, oh and that would be the drug business. Not smart Jenny, not smart.

But the most interesting storyline of the episode, had to be Chuck meeting Elizabeth Fisher who turns out is in fact his mother!!! Not too big of a surprise since it was sort of hinted at in the last episode, but still. I wonder how that whole relationship's going to evolve.

Overall, it was just great to see the whole gang back on screen with the drama and secrets full on. I can't wait for next week.

And on a final note, I do have to mention the French Ambassador's daughter who can't speak French to save her life. Could they really not find a French actress for the part? I'm just saying.

GOSSIP GIRL Season 3 "The Hurt Locket" New Photos

Check out this new preview for GOSSIP GIRL's return on March 8, 2010. The first episode will be named "Jenny, Full of Grace".

I don't think I realized how much I missed Gossip Girl until I watched the preview and remembered all the drama that was left unresolved.

I think my favorite GG storyline to see play out is the Serena/Nate relationship. I always kind of liked these two together, so we'll see how it all turns out. In the meantime, enjoy the preview below.

GOSSIP GIRL Returns March 2010 (Video)

The CW has just announced pick up for five of its series, which are The Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, 90210, Supernatural and America's Next Top Model.

There are no big surprises there, especially since The Vampire Diaries is The CW's most-watched show, and the other four have all been and continue to be successful for the channel.

However, here's the bad news for fans of Supernatural, even though the show is getting a sixth season, Michael Ausiello just revealed that creator Eric Kripke will be stepping down as the day-to-day showrunner. Executive producer Sera Gamble will be the one to take over. However, Eric Kripke and his current co-showrunner, Robert Singer, will remain actively involved in the show.

I personally just hope that they will be able to come up with another great season and story arc for the brothers.

As for the other shows, I'm just glad we'll get to see more of them. At this point I'm just waiting to hear the fate of my other favorites, Smallville and newcomer Life Unexpected.

The CW Picks Up 5 Series

What did you think of tonight's episode of Gossip Girl, "The Debarted"? Personally, I thought this was one the best ever episodes of GG. Here's my take on everything:

Tripp/Serena - Wow. I was so wrong about Tripp. I thought he was the good guy. Old school Chuck wouldn't have even stooped as low as Trip tonight. Heck, Chuck's uncle wouldn't have even stooped so low. If Tripp wasn't prepared to get divorced that's fine, but surely he would have thought about that before actively pursuing Serena. I couldn't believe it when he saw Serena lying unconscious and decided to call his wife! AND he moved her body to make it look like she was driving! He deserved so much worse than the punch Nate gave him. I really hope this guy goes down in flames, and his little wife too. What I want more than anything now is for Serena to finally get together with Nate. Also, WTF caused them to crash? Was it wolves?? In upstate New York??

Chuck - I felt a whole range of emotions for Chuck tonight. Anger, when I thought he was pushing away Blair for showing concern. Confusion, when he started acting crazy and talking to the ghost of his dead father. Then finally, sympathy when it showed that he was actually trying to work through all his feelings. The scene with Blair and him at the hospital was touching and helped to add more depth to his character. Then there was the scene at the end. What do you make of that? It looked like it could have been Chuck's mom. Is she really alive? Maybe that's why Bart never allowed Chuck to visit the grave - it never existed?

Jenny/Eric - Jenny surprised me tonight by brushing off Eric's plot to take her down. She is really starting to come into her role as Queen. I'm happy that she made up with Eric, but I still would have liked to see her go down. She is such a different Queen than Blair. Blair would have never sold drugs. Lol, can you imagine? I'm still hoping to Jenny will get some karma.

Rufus/Lily - So we got a small glimpse into what 'the letter' contains. Lily visited Serena's dad at her hotel room. Even though this looks really bad, she hasn't admitted to an affair yet. I think Lily is evil, but I'm hoping she didn't do what we all think she did. Poor Rufus.

So I guess that's it till March. Eek! I don't know about you, but I don't know if I can wait this long! Until next time....XoXo.

GOSSIP GIRL "The Debarted" Season 3 Episode 12

What did you think of last night's episode of Gossip Girl, 'The Treasure of Serena Madre'?

I can't think of a better Thanksgiving recipe for disaster than the guest list for Rufus and Lily's dinner party. What a perfect storm. I don't even know where to begin with the dinner to let me come back to that in a minute. This Gossip Girl Thanksgiving I was most thankful for Blair - she is so awesome!

Here are my favorite Blair quotes of the night:

Blair to Serena 'then what are you exactly, an 18 year old blonde coincidence'?
Dorota to Blair 'it's private'. Blair to Dorota: 'The INS tip-line isn't'.
Blair to Jenny: 'Where are you dragging me, haven't you heard of the `whisper aside'?

Okay, so now let's talk about some of the events that transpired at dinner. What does everyone think about Trip and Serena? I was so happy when Nate outed them and they split up for a second. FINALLY I thought, Serena does the right thing. I really wanted to see her with Nate or on her way to Paris with Blair at the end. Why does nothing turn out like I want it to? Even though Trip is pretty cute (in a smug, preppy sort of way) he's married!!! Ug, Serena.

Also, does anyone have any guesses as to what was in the letter from Serena's dad? I'm at a loss here but I can only guess it juicy. I wonder when Rufus is going to realize how evil Lily is? She always seems to be hiding some big dark secret (ex: having a son with Rufus). I can't wait to see what Maureen does with this letter.

Out of all the other plots going on, I was most interested in the possibly of Dorota being pregnant. I hope there are good things in store for her. She might be the only good person on the whole show. So, since this was such a great episode tonight, I can't wait to hear what you thought of it, so drop me a line and let me know your take. GOSSIP GIRL "The Treasure of Serena Madre" Season 3 Episode 11

What did you think of GOSSIP GIRL "The Last Days of Disco Stick"?

Well the saying goes that three's a crowd, but I guess Vanessa, Olivia, and Dan didn't get the memo. Now it looks like Dan might have some lonely nights in store for him. I'm really bummed about all of this. I thought Dan and Olivia made a great couple. The idea of Dan with Vanessa is also sort of appealing, but the thought of Dan by himself really makes me sad. Who would you like to see Dan with?

I think Blair might have finally found her clique at NYU with this Tisch crowd. They seem like a bunch of pretentious idiots to me, but at least she has a group now. Maybe she'll even end up becoming closer with Dan and Vanessa which would be very entertaining. I wish that thing could be good with B and S again, but I know it will in time. Personally, I take B's side in the whole thing. When you try to help a friend from falling and they ignore your help, forget em.

Speaking of S, what the hell is she thinking? Okay, Tripp is really cute, but that is no excuse! Married is married. Tripp and S had the best/cheesiest quote of the night with:
Serena 'Nothing Happened'
Tripp 'Then why does it feel like it did'

Serena has had every opportunity to call things off with Tripp. Nate and Blair did the best they can do and in the end I guess she has a mind of her own. I hope they have enough sense to end it before it goes too far. I actually though that Nate and Serena were going to hook up for second there. I would have liked that to have happened more. Here's a question for you. Who do you think is the cutest, Nate or Tripp?

Finally, what is little J doing? She actually needed saving from Chuck Bass? That's when you know you've hit rock bottom. She's like Serena. She'd rather fall flat on her face they accept help or advice off anyone. I can't wait to find out where this is headed. Talk to you next week! XOXO.

GOSSIP GIRL "The Last Days of Disco Stick" Season 3 Episode 10

What did you think of tonight's episode of Gossip Girl, 'They Shoot Humphrey's, Don't they'?

After reading some of your comments last week, I agree that the sudden change in Chuck's character is probably mostly due to all the stuff he's been through lately. So tonight, when he was trying to get S and B to make nice, I was willing to cut him a little more slack. I'm happy that S and B are back to being friends as well. I feel like the balance of the show has been restored.

This episode was filled with so much plotting, drama, and jaw dropping moments I felt like we were back in season 1. First let's talk about the threesome with Dan, Olivia, and Vanessa. That is going to be one AWKWARD breakfast after Olivia checks her text messages. I can just picture it now, 'Hey Vanessa, you know how we had a threesome with Dan because you thought I was leaving for London tomorrow? We'll guess what; I'm still going to be your roommate'. This is going to be so awesome; I can't wait for next Monday.

Now let's talk about little J. Does anybody think she makes a better queen than Blair? I don't, and I'm looking forward to Eric and Kira taking her down. I do have to give her props for turning that Epic fail with Graham into something positive with Nate. That girl always makes the mistake of getting on the wrong side of Blair, but somehow she always lands on her feet.

Lastly, we have Serena and Blair. I really enjoyed watching the scene in the elevator. I thought Serena did something she should have done a long time ago by finally confiding in Blair everything that she's been going thorough. I think it was important for Blair to hear about what's been going on with Serena's search for her dad. That's one thing I really like about B, S, C, and N. They can fight with each other but they are also there for one another when it counts. I think Serena was dumb for submitting her resignation in the middle of the night when she was alone with Trip and even more stupid for dismissing Blair when she was trying to help. I hope she's careful moving forward. Lastly, we saw Lily with a letter from Serena's dad. Will she keep the letter from Serena? Was this the first letter, or has Lily been hiding them all this time?

New Lady Gaga Photo on GOSSIP GIRL Season 3

What did you think of tonight's episode of Gossip Girl "The Grandfather Part II"?

I'm not sure who I am in love with more: Blair or Chuck. What do you think? Blair had the best quote of the night with "I need a friend, STAT". Chuck, on the other hand, rocked a bowtie with a side-part and has the voice of batman. These two are by far the most awesome duo currently on TV.

So even though Blair picked up a new blonde tonight and Serena a new brunette, I think their friendship is going to be okay. I was disappointed to see them fighting so much and Blair was childish for not accepting Serena's apology.

However, Blair did make a good point at the party. This whole time, it's appeared like Blair is the one that hasn't' moved on since high school. However, as Blair pointed out, Serena is still caught up in silly drama and hasn't gone to college. Hopefully now that Serena has quit her job there will be better things in her future. Whose side would you pick between Serena and Blair?

I still think they have changed Chuck's character too drastically in such a short period of time. I mean 2 seasons ago he was trying to date rape Jenny and tonight he is the one giving out the mature friendship advice? It seems a bit far-fetched, but I still love him.

I continue to like Olivia, even despite the whole 'bathroom' boy thing. I thought Dan was sweet at the end with his surprise to Olivia. It would have been crazy if he actually got mad over the interview with Fallon.

Lastly, it appears that there is more to Nate and Trip's wife than meets the eye. It was nice of Nate to take the fall and help Trip win the election. Trip actually seems like a good person.

I was also happy to see that Vanessa got her morals back and did the right thing with her video footage. I wonder what is next for Trip and his wife?

Episode Synopsis: GOSSIP GIRL Season 3 Episode 8 "The Grandfather: Part 2" - Olivia (guest star Hilary Duff) says something she regrets during her appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s (Fallon playing himself) talkshow and tries to keep Dan (Penn Badgley) from finding out. With election day around the corner, Nate (Chace Crawford) suspects his grandfather (guest star James Naughton) will stop at nothing to get Trip (guest star Aaron Tveit) elected to congress. In the midst of another feud with Serena (Blake Lively), Blair (Leighton Meester) befriends a new “it” girl and takes her to an election night party at Chuck’s (Ed Westwick) hotel, hoping to make Serena jealous. Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szohr, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. Mark Piznarski directed the episode written by Lenn Rosenfeld
