Check out the promo for 24: Exile, which is the 2-hour movie prequel to season 7 of 24.
Wow, ok let me gather my thoughts… First of all, are they sure this is a TV movie? Because it looks like a movie. I mean did you see the cast? Robert Carlyle, John Voight, hell yes! And the music for the trailer is such a cliche music for movie trailer, I LOVE it! So yes I could not be more excited to see this.
24: Exile will premiere on November 23, 2008 (and let me be a geek for one minute here, for those Harry Potter fan, it’s only two days after the new Harry Potter movie will be released. Now that’s going to be a great week-end.)

Review: “24″ Season One Special Edition DVD

FOX has released an all new edition of the first season of 24, and since I was able to take a look at it, I wanted to share some of my thoughts.
First of all, the box is pretty fancy, if that something that appeals to you. It features a mini clock, which starts at Midnight when you click on the button inside the case. Inside the case you get a booklet that includes all seven DVDs.
Six of the seven DVDs contain the complete first season of 24, and how fun is it to watch it all over again. I didn’t really remember what happened, so it was exciting. Actually, the first time I saw 24, I had rented the first season and, well let’s just say that I didn’t sleep much the days following that rental. What a trip! So now imagine reliving it all over again. Sounds nice, right?!
Finally, the extra features is probably the most important part of this special edition.

Robert Carlyle comes to 24

According to Michael Ausiello, Robert Carlyle has been cast in FOX’s 24 prequel movie as Jack’s mentor, Benton.
The two-hour movie of 24, which was shot in South Africa, will air on November 23 2008 and will serve as a prequel to Day 7.
This is probably one of the most exciting news I have heard in a while. I love Robert Carlyle and talk about perfect casting for 24. The only bad news is that his character is apparently not expected to appear in Season 7, but I really hope they change their minds and keep him around.

24 back in the Fall

Fans of FOX’s great show, 24, rejoice because even though you didn’t get to see season 7 this year, you will get to see a two-hour “prequel” in the Fall.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie will be “designed to bridge the two-year gap between Seasons 6 and 7″ and it will air in the Fall 2008, preceding the premiere of Season 7 in January 2009.
Of course this doesn’t totally make up for not having any 24 to watch right now, but it’s better than nothing. I’ll take a 2-hour movie in the Fall.

First Look: 24 Season 7 Photos of Kiefer Sutherland

Look at the very first two photos from the new season seven of 24.
Jack Bauer is back! With the reveal of the new 24 trailer for season 7 yesterday, I am more than excited than ever for 24 to start in January on FOX. So far I have followed every season of 24 and all I can say is that each season they go one step farther and when I think they cannot surprise me anymore, something happens where I go “Holy sh#t!” Yep, that’s 24 for you, and that’s why I love it.
The two-night premiere will be airing Sunday, January 13 at 8pm on FOX and Monday, January 14 at 9pm on FOX.

New 24 Trailer for Season 7 Finally Online!

It’s time to get ready for Season Seven of 24! Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) is ready to kick ass once more. We finally get our first look at what will be the new season 7 of 24 on FOX.
Remember that the new season premieres with a Special Two-Night Event Sunday on January 13th and Monday January 14th.
It looks like Jack Bauer will have his hands full once more.
